Bar Codes Talk sold me recycled bar codes that could not used on Amazon.Then sent numerous emails NOT resolving the problem and wasting my time.I finally had to do a Paypal dispute because this company sells a bunk product, they don't stand behind it and they play games when you ask for replacements or a refund.I wasted about 3 hours with this company which is way beyond the price of the bar codes. As we determined in our email with you, the barcode numbers were not recycled (because that is against our policy), you were attempting to use the barcode with a brand that was not your own and in a way that we specifically state is not allowed. Although we do not typically offer refunds in this instance we did offer you a refund before the chargeback was initiated. There are emails and timestamps to validate what I am saying. You/your agent denied the refund so we accepted the chargeback to speed up the process for you. The email exchange ended very pleasantly. Receiving this review was a complete shock considering we did everything in our power to ensure the situation was resolved with your satisfaction in mind.Review fromHarry M

5 starsBrand new to bar codes, I found Bar Codes Talk very easy to work with, anxious to explain the system to me, and prompt with the actual bar codes delivery. What more could I ask for? Not much. I'm happy with them and willuse them again and again.
