    The prices and cup size are as fluid the staffs' passive aggression. My husband is in the hospital, now rehab, and I buy two Americano hot coffees. My first visit I was given a 16 oz cup. I tipped every visit until intermittently staff would argue a 16 oz Americano is not possible, it comes in 12 oz only. I took a photo today, 4-17-25, of their prices board. Taxes are *****% in our county. The larger ICED Americano is $3.80, the 12 oz cup $3.70. One female, manager?, said they cannot serve a hot Americano for the price of a 16 oz iced, and won't remove the ice to do so. Today is the first time I've been back since 4-14-25 when the charged me $11.50 for two 12 oz Americanos telling me they'd increased the prices--NOT! I demanded they refund my $11.50 which I was told they'd done, and drove off without the coffee on 4/14/25. I filed a BBB report that day, 4-14-25, but the refund didn't come back for over 24 hrs. Today I asked for two Americano, the tab should've been $7.88 with taxes. I was charged $8.95! They charged $1.00 for cream on the side, when I questioned the female in the window about the up charge, she paused and looked over her shoulder, the ?manager? must've been in the *****. On the price board NON-DAIRY cream is a charge of $1.00. Then the female in the window said, "she says she told you of the charge for the cream the last time you were here." Never have I gotten regular cream and told there was a charge. I've left no tip 4/14 or today. I'm angry and frustrated two of the three employees are playing passive aggressive games with me. I didn't start anything to warrant this behavior and didn't start questioning prices until 4/14/25.
