This Company sold me a Defected pinholes Above Ground Pool Liner, for a 18X52 Doughboy Above Ground Pool. They charge me $924.00 to install and replace my old pool liner. Devin was the installer that came-out to do the work. A few days after the pool liner was installed I notice my pool still was leaking water just like my old one that I was replacing. I call and inform Devin the Tech, and he told me it was happen because of the Sun. I know you lose some water from the sun, but my pool was losing about 4 inches within 24 hours. The owner of the company Bobby told me it was because of my pool piping underneath was leaking. I call American Pool Detection from Pensacola to come out and help ID the leak. They sent their Tech Jake out, and he ID many pinholes in the pool liner. I call the owner of Syan pool Bobby, and he said that he would send a new liner, and he did after a month went bye. I paid American Pool Detection $400, since Syan Pool refuse and didnt want to install the new pool liner. I paid Davison Pool $600 to come out and install the new liner. The Owner of Syan Pool dont want to refund me the addition $1000.00 I had to pay because he sold me a Defected Pool Liner. As a Disable Army (Vet) who spent 24 yrs serving this great nation, something need's to be done for Companies like Syan Pool business practice.

According to the text messages, because that's how all communication has transpired minus a few disgruntled and disrespectful calls made by Mr. ******
Approximately 1 month after Mr ******** new liner was installed, he contacted Devin via text message to inform us that he thinks there's a leak. Devin asked Mr ***** why he would assume there's a leak, how much water is he losing. Mr****** informed Devin that he's lost about an inch of water since liner was installed a month prior. Devin informed Mr B**** of water evaporation (up to 4 inches/week) and told him to keep an eye on it and if it gets worse or if he physically sees wet spots around the pool to let us know. Mr ***** seemed content. Over the next few months we heard from Mr ***** on 2 other occasions. On both occasions he ONLY was inquiring about pool cleaner parts as his was old and outdated. Mr ***** was informed to shop on Amazon for a new cleaner as the selection was greater and the price was equal to what we would charge. A month following the last time we heard from Mr *****, he contacted us to inform us that his pool was leaking. This was a few months after he told us he lost about an inch of water over the first month. We then asked Mr ***** where it was leaking from, is there wet spots around the pool, etc. M******* told us that there's nothing visible, no holes or anything of that nature. We asked Mr Brown how much water he's losing. Mr ***** told us about 4 inches in a day. Mr ***** was told to not add any water and let's see where it drains to so we can determine the cause since we need to find the underlying issue. Especially since the exact same thing is happening in his brand new liner that happened in his previous liner. 2 days later Mr****** informed us that over half his pool was empty and that he had hired a leak detection company. Mr ***** informed us that the leak detection company located over 90 pinholes on the bottom floor of the liner. We immediately had a brand new liner sent over to Mr ****** home and sent the leak detection report to the liner manufacturer. Liner company informed us that it wasn't a warranty issue nor the fault of the installer as the customer has ants beneath his liner that they see it all the time. After a quick Google search we also came across the same issue and shared it with Mr *****. Mr B**** was irate, informed us of how he regrets serving and protecting our country amongst other very disrespectful comments. So at that time we informed Mr ***** that we would cover the cost of the liner as a courtesy, but he would be responsible for finding another company to install it. And that he needed to have his insect issue addressed before he put anyone else or himself through this. All of this is in time stamped and dated text messages via iPhones. Apparently, Mr ***** then contracted an employee that we terminated for a lack of knowledge, stealing tools, and messing up all 11 pools he put his hands on to replace his brand new liner that we gave him at no charge. Since then Mr ***** contacts us every other day in an attempt to extort us. He's informed us that if we don't pay him for his liner and other money he spent that he would leave these reviews everywhere. He makes it a point to text our employees calling them cowards and other harassing messages.
