    Took my sons money in May 2024, still have not received the order. Each time we reach out, its always that its shipping at the end of the week. Now wont respond to calls and messages.

    I would give them less then one star but that not available. I order headlight December of 2023, still have not received them it is now Oct of 2024. They will not answer phone calls have blocked me on social medial. If you want to just give your money away and NEVER get your lights they are the company that will do it. Also there favorite line is they are in the paint shop this week we will send you the tracking number next week when we send them out. FYI still waiting for the tracking number. I guess **** W. ******* is painting the headlights with a one bristle brush!!

    Horrible company. I ordered door handles for my 23 f250 and mirror lights. Mirror lights don’t work with the canbus system. Told me go to ford have the truck “reset” did it. No fix ended up having to run a wire to fix the problem. Get my door handles almost 6 months later after ordering and put them in wire them up and the drivers door touchpad doesn’t work. Call them they say take it to ford get the truck “reset” doesn’t fix it again. So I take the handle off because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of these people. In 6 months I called prob 30 times and talked to someone maybe 3 times. No email response pretty much at all. Kept getting promise and promise and promise they were shipping next week this week etc never ending excuses. Well I get the door handle apart and the “new” handle I paid for was either used or absolutely destroyed by a grinder. And now they won’t answer the phone emails anything. Stay far away. Buy from anyone else. The wording on the handles are already flaking and they got over spray all over the part that’s supposed to be clear. One is buldging where the led strip is sitting. For $1000 my 7 yo son could do better work in his arts and crafts room in elementary school. *** **** work. *** **** customer service and the “builder” always has a attitude and talks to you like your stupid and can’t figure out a simple 3 wire light strip. I’m a master technician on cranes I think a power ground and signal wire is as simple as it gets bud. Have pics of everything and all communications. Horrible.

    Ordered a custom grill for my f250. They told me they could have it done in 3 weeks. Here we are 6 months later and no grill. Whenever they answered phone call,email the response is always that they are almost finished. Now I cant get a response from them at all. I highly advise against purchasing anything from them as they are a scam! Dont waste your money like I did. Pathetic way to do business!
