On June 26th and 27th of 2024 I conducted two separated transactions for parts to the total of $3,375 through OutLawLEDs.I was told in a receipt email the parts would be build with in 6 to 16 weeks. It is now April 20th of 2025 and I have never received any parts or acknowledgment of progress/finalization.I have tried to reach out to OutLawLEDs via Email and Phone Call sever times with in the last couple of months.They have fail to connect with me in any sort. Date of order: 2/12/24 Amount: 950 dollars Order number: 5622 I ordered a product for a vehicle well over a year ago and have yet to receive it or get any information about. They say on their website their build times are 4-16 weeks. I agreed with that and was fine with the timeline but obviously now were well over that and theyve shown no intention of reimbursing me or giving me my product. In the middle of July I spent ****** on a pair of headlights. They told me it would be 6-16 weeks build time. It has been 8 months I have sent several emails to which they dont respond to and the few they do all they say is they are coming which they never have. They have yet to resolve my issue and in continues to grow. I have asked for my money back multiple times and they never respond. I dont want the headlights anymore I just want my money back. I placed an order for the ***** GMC ****** projector-style headlights (order#****) on 12/08/23 with custom lettering in red. After spending $1,025 for the order I changed my mind on the color of the custom lettering and contacted them on 12/27/23 to change the color from red to white and also added gloss black painted housing. They added that to the order, charged me another $125, and sent me a new invoice (order#****) and I was given a 6-16 week wait time. I emailed them 3/6/24 to check on the status of the order with no response and after many phone calls I was able to contact them and was told they were still waiting on an electrical component for the switchback light option and that they should ship out in a few weeks. Now after close to a year *** tried emailing, calling, and messaging on multiple platforms with no response. On 11/27/23 I ordered headlights for a 2017 F350. Sale price was $1840. Later that night I received an text from Citicard saying the transaction was declined. I reordered them the next morning and the sale was off, so cost was $2180. When I received my credit card bill I was billed for both. $1840 & $2180. I called ************* said they already made the lights I had to take them. I filed with *********************** lost my battle. Outlaw shipped 1 set of lights. I called and told them to ship the other set and they informed me it would be 90 days after the credit card dispute was settled. I have called them 5 times they won't answer the phone or return my calls. Please just ship me the headlights. Thanks **** ********** ************Initial Complaint

I please just want my money back so I can order the product I wanted through a different company. Ordered light up door handles for my truck back in January 19. Company refuses to answer their phone and has never called me back after leaving a message. Will respond to a email maybe once a month and every response has been a lie. I ordered some f250 badges through them that were supposed to be ordered through them and painted them shipped to me. Its been 4 and a half months and now they are avoiding my calls, emails, messages, and I even made a comment on one of their posts and it got deleted. Theres several people thats had this issue.
