    ****** from pack and send bounced back my fingerprints because i complained of her being rude. She threatened to cancel my prints which she called in front of me and did. This is unprofessional and it is denying business by an employee. As a business owner i cannot believe what i experienced, she also said shes been there for 10 years so no negative review would do anything to her

    This certainly does not sound like a typical visit as this business has been built specifically on exceptional customer service. None of the employees have the ability to "bounce" reschedule or cancel appointments. We will be interviewing the employees that were present, going through our in store security video footage and communicating with Fieldprint to get a clear understanding as to exactly what transpired during your visit. At this early stage we are sure that we did not request or receive any funds for services.
