    Moderately concerned the Sales Representative even exists? He's not even listed on their Website - buyer beware! Paid $2500.00 to have a few guys spend 30 minutes moving some time ridge caps around and then hired them to repair broken tile roof. Engaged them on November 16th 2022 and have been told by Paul Trombley that tile was on BO, then it was received a few weeks later, then Tile Oxside received was wrong color, then Shawn in the office will call (never did), then the installer was sick, then Shawn will call to schedule (never did again), then will be out week of Feb 20th (no show), then March 9th (no show), then someone would call to reschedule (never did). Communications is horrible at best.

    MTS Construction was highly recommended and I read and heard so much positive feedback about this company. I have referred friends and family and now I am fully regretting it with the negative experience we have had with this company. Signed Contract: 12/1/2022 Roof Tear Off: 3/2/2023 During tear off, they removed all of our gutters. They were not supposed to remove our gutters at all. Since our tear off, there has been little to no communication. I’ve been told “I’ll look into this for you” and then never get an answer or even a response at all. We are now owed new gutters as well as our metal roof, with zero indication of when this job will be completed. Due to the gutters being removed, the tar from the roof is now staining our porch floors and also the soffit. I understand that all of SWFL is in need of a new roof but this is ridiculous and so unprofessional.

    They didnt do any work for me but I wouldnt ever hire them after listening them tonight at hurricane restaurant in ********** the language they were all using was horrible and disgusting and degrading for women

It has been brought to my attention the conduct of one or multiple individuals at Hurricanes in ***************** I wanted to personally apologize on their behalf as to the language and demeanor of those aforementioned employees. we are a reputable, local company the believes in representing our community to the best of our ability, and i will be personally conducting a staff meeting regarding the events that took place, As I was not physically present there to address any concerns. That is not how we represent ourselves and there will be a meeting emphatically reminding the employees of such.

    Kudos to MTS and ****** for a fabulous job. I reached out to MTS, like many others, right after Hurricane *** for a roof replacement estimate. As of Feb 16th my roof is complete and meets our standards. That's 5 months from the worst Hurricane I've experienced in SWFL, to me that's impressive! The whole process was seamless and ****** (***********) made sure I was kept up -to-date on everything. Not once did I have to reach out to the office to inquire details/dates etc, he kept me updated via text/quick phone call. I've recommended MTS to several people and will continue to do so. Also I've yet to find a nail in my yard :) Thank you for everything!The ********
