    Hello Dear BBB Team,I have purchased a Juicer from *********************************. This Juicer comes with a life time warenty when I have purchased it. I have sent an email about the juicer mal function to DR ******* team on December 4th 2020. Please kindly help me resolve.Attachments-1) Evidence Picture of Credit Card Statement of my purchase.2) Evidence of lifetime warrenty.

Our records show that you initially contacted us on December 4, 2020, about a cracked strainer piece included with your unit. At that time, we promptly sent a replacement for the damaged part. However, we did not receive further communication indicating that the replacement was not received or that there were additional concerns with the juicer.

    Regarding your inquiry about our return policy, we do offer a money-back guarantee. The image you provided mentions this, along with a note to "See our full return policy details."     As outlined in our policy, household electronics, such as juicers, are covered under a 90-day money-back guarantee. The lifetime guarantee applies exclusively to consumable products, as explained on the policy page. There is also a chart on that page distinguishing consumable from non-consumable products.
