    Bought the system 11/27/22, sales rep very polite, warranty amazing, On April 18 woke up had no water, emergency service no one answered, got hold of Antonio which he said is one of the owners, he told us that there is no emergency service 24/7 like I was told before buying the system , he also told me that the sales rep was a liar and she was fired, that they answer call 9-5 office hours, to make it short that day 4 difference people came, not able to fix, at least I had little bit of water intermittent, they have come for several weeks, April29, May 6, May 14, some of the days that I can remembered, when I bought the system I paid extra for the big tall tank because my well is old, due to the part having issues had to have the system straight to my well and it broke, had to buy another one $1700, then when they replaced the 2 pumps inside the system a weird noise on my blue pressure tank, took then over 2 weeks to come and then it broke, had to buy another one on my own, Todays is May 27 still having problem with the water system worth company ever and system very bad, they do not replace damaged items they just tried fixing it , worth $12K ever spend

    ***** was on it, getting the crew to come out, we had no water,, the guys came out, worked very professionally, replaced our well pump.. a big thanks to all of you at *************************************
