    After I got threw the permitting process, which was done by me and not Signature Building, it was smooth sailing. My crew showed up on time and was ready to work. I thought me site was prepped properly, but I misjudged branch overhangs. My crew dispatched that issue without hesitation. The team worked like a well oiled machine and had the installation done in no time. Left the site clean and ready to use.

    Nice quality shed. Installation sucks. If you're going to purchase the shed install it yourself. My shed still leaks after having installer come out twice to repair company did not make sure I was happy with repair. As I said my shed still leaks from a window that was incorrectly installed. It's a shame because it's a very nice shed and I love the quality of it but the installation is crap. Guess I'll have to live with it company never contacted me back to make it right

All new orders will be handled by a manufacture who only uses in-house installers to ensure proper installation of all structures moving forward.

    The salesman was very attentive and responsive. No complaints there. I do feel tho that the company is a bit janky with their deposit policies. Once you've paid a deposit if you make a change to the order and it creates a smaller price they keep your full deposit and only credit the smaller reduced deposit amount to your order. This company isn't who delivers or installs. They are just a broker so that deposit money becomes additional profit to them. I believe this to be a lousy sales tactic so I could never recommend them to friends and family.

    Thank you for sharing your opinion. We do sell custom ordered products and we do collect non-refundable deposits which is presented in writing prior to accepting any money. This is not unique to our industry. When you make changes to your building, it does change the price which may or may not change the required deposit. We only offer manufacture direct pricing on the tube steel buildings and do not charge for additional design services or dealer fees when changing a building.

    After 5 months I still do not have plans for my building to get permits done. To many phone calls not returned, at this point I am about to just walk away and lose my deposit because they see nothing wrong with the situation. At this point they have failed to provide the service they stated they would and have been no help in this situation. Save your money and headache and use another company.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. We have been happy to assist you with your building plan order, however it should be noted that we do not sell, provide, print, or produce any sort of building plans nor do we have access to them. These are only available directly from the manufacturer and are delivered directly to the end user (you).

    Unfortunately the manufacturer who you ordered your plans from (and whom your complaint may be directed) has had delays caused by their 3rd party engineering firm and have assured us they are currently working to resolve it. We do follow up on your drawings regularly and you are top of mind. Under different circumstances, we would do more if we could. 

    We are happy to continue to work with you in a professional and offline manner and are looking forward to a resolution to this matter soon.

    We appreciate your business and regret this frustrating situation. We are on your side and are working diligently to see that this gets corrected ASAP.

    Signature Building & Carport, LLC. did a fantastic job on our 48'x40' barn build. We just went through hurricane Ian and it held up perfectly. We are happy with our purchase and highly recommend this company.

    Overall a really satisfying experience.One minor glitch between sales and factory caused some issues with installation.The issues were resolved in a timely fashion.Installation was very professional and we are quite pleased with the final outcome!We would certainly recommend this business to any one looking for a quality product!

    This is a valid review. The factory did not make a change to the building as requested prior to shipping, but the delivery person did come back and correct the issue the same week.

    Horrible! Yall didn't provide plans for the permitting and basically stole my 1k deposit! I don't recommend you to ANYONE!
