    I have canceled my account, as this company is grossly disorganized, does not have a functional customer service number or chatbot. They are entirely unresponsive to emails. I did receive am email confirming that my account was canceled, and they did come collect my water dispenser, but did not collect the empty bottles. They have since charged my card for monthly rent of a dispenser unit I DON'T HAVE and additional charges for water I did not order. Hundreds of online reviews indicate many people are experiencing similar issues.

    I've canceled the acct and you can see they picked up the equipment and you can also see the 2nd attachment my balance is $0 then they delivered I don't know to whom... and I got billed for that. after so many times I asked them to look into it, but they didn't help me. they sent it to a collection company and now I'm getting affected for no reason!!

    spoke with a representative and he agreed that there were sevral small charges that were overcharged on the account and were taken out from the card and said will refund the money to the card and have not recieved anything and anew invoice was sent with out any deliveries on 7/4/2024

    After years of renting a water dispenser, I returned the machine. In the mail, there were 2 invoices showing a $0.44 credit. After 3 months, I find a credit report owing them money. They will not accept a payment on the phone, stating a credit agency must be paid. I have no credit agency contact, and no one with the company has called me for payment.This is outrageous because my credit has been affected for $70.51!! Please help me clear this account to re-establish my credit!
