    july 15 placed new customer order for one water dispenser and three bottle of water (3 gal. **.) for delivery to begin july 28. water delivered july 17 (11 days early!) + del. driver advised me that dispenser ordered not available. july 17 emailed, received auto-response. Phoned+was told that my new account did not show a water dispenser ordered. I PRINTED THE COMPANY'S EMAILED CONFIRMATION OF THE ********* informed them of same. When asked to come take back their water, they claim they cannot; and they tried to sell me a different water dispenser which I do NOT want. There is NO WAY ONLINE to STOP RECURRING WATER DELIVERIES; NOR ANY WAY TO CANCEL THE SERVICE! EMAILED THEM TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL SERVICE; CANCEL THE ACCOUNT and am praying they will be able to CANCEL EVERYTHING IMMEDIATELY. My Worst experience with any company for any service of any kind in 50 years!

    Absolutely awful customer service. ************ Water abruptly stopped delivering without any notice. When I followed up, they claimed it was due to an expired credit cardbut no one contacted me to let me know there was an issue. After updating both the delivery schedule and my payment info with a customer service **** I was told water would arrive last week. It didnt. Now, the next delivery is pushed to next week.Meanwhile, my tenants are upset because theyre not getting the water theyre paying for. To make matters worse, every time I call, Im placed on hold for over two hours. Completely unacceptable service. Primo needs to drastically improve their communication and responsiveness.

    getting hold of a customer service *** is nearly impossible. they reschedule deliveries alot. they change your order to a brand that cost more without any reasoning or explanation or agreement with you the customer. they make it impossible to cancel services online or on the app. to cancel they say call but you are on hold for ***** minutes. once you do get a customer service they will place you on hold and then hang up on you and dont call you back.

    No way to cancel online and no one answering ***************** Puts you on queue then after a few minutes sends you to Survey and hangs up.

    The Primo acquisition of Ready refresh has only continued the unbelievably bad customer service. With multiple price increases per year, this service has become more expensive than it is worth. Botched orders and the inability to get a real person on the phone makes it one to avoid. Unfortunately, they make it impossible to close your account. You cant do it online and when you *** in they put you on hold and then cut you off. The worst company I have ever dealt with

    This service was advertised as a comprehensive refreshment and (some) food/snack product ordering service. I mistakenly signed up and immediately realized there was nothing that we could order from them except the refills on 5-gallon jugs. Did a little research into their company and saw all of the litigation and class action information and started looking into how to close my account. Proceeded to skip orders because I did not have the time to go through cancellation. Apparently I'm not the only one having trouble closing my account. The website/portal uses visual hierarchy manipulation and dark patterns to make it difficult to cancel your subscription. You're forced to call where you wait on hold (I waited 20 minutes) and the first ****** is only there to transfer you to employee retention where they attempt to keep your business instead of doing what you're asking. They gave me a cancellation number and we agreed, there was no outstanding balance, but now I am receiving invoices after my account is supposed to be closed. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO READY REFRESH! USE ANOTHER SERVICE!
