      I entered into a contract with this business and soon found myself in difficult circumstances. On June 14th, I received a transaction notification from ******* thanking me for my payment, but I never gave this company permission to charge my card. I asked for a copy of my previous agreement with them to verify that they have the right to charge people's cards, but nowhere in the agreement does it state that they can do so without the customer's presence or prior contact. The manager, *****, at the *********** location started texting me from his personal cell phone, stating, and I quote, "You are just mad that we have your money." Who wouldn't be upset when it's their last bit of money and they're trying to make ends meet? This company is a total scam, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. I have filed a police report at this time.

      I need someone above store level for ************** *******. I orginally placed online order ********* for $21.99 a week. However i did not receive the right product and there charging me **** near triple that per week. Before i MAKE any payments this needs to be fixed on my account so i can make online payments because *** had to replace my card once after making over the phone payments and then receiving fradulent online charges the same day. Now they was supposed to fix this and never have so now i have been without a credit card for weeks because of this and havent been able to pay anything phone bill nothing so everything is off

      I am rejecting this response because: as stated i never received a pro i received a 500gb disc verison when speaking with the guy at the store he stated yeah idk the difference between those systems well have to get the price changed price was never changed because i was never given the correct item in the first place and then they said they could not locate a correct one because they did not know the difference between all off them. So i NEVER received the correct item i received a less and cheaper verison already they scammed me to try and get more money out of me

      The customer wants us to close out her agreement and **** it without the item and without her being present. States she isnt paying on it anymore and is going to keep it. I offered to drive to the house and **** the contracts for her. I offered to bring another PlayStation. Ive given so many options on how we can do this for her and all she wants is for us to **** her contracts and email them to her. At this time I do not feel comfortable altering someones lease agreements and retuning an item to stock without the customer being present whether that means coming to her and doing it or her coming here. If there are any other suggestions I am open to them

      attached is the pictures of the item i received which was not the correct item. The original contract I signed for online was for ***** again that is attached snd I have email for that cause I filled out everything ONLINE and thats per what I have been in discussion with corporate. and it CLEARLY states $***** a week. I even sent the guy at the store pictures of the item it is CLEARLY not the correct item i received a ps5 500gb disc verison. He even stated he did not know the difference and just gave me whatever they had so he has been fixing the price in the system and keeps telling me he is going to have you fix it permanently. Now I have texted you back multiple times since then and you dont reply. I pay $***** a week like I ORIGINALLY signed up to this need to be escalated to corporate and I have been in touch with them because yall are scamming. i did not receive the correct item i want the price corrected nothing is my fault. Ans per corporate they said you can most definitely email it to me and you can also not deny me to pay online. Matter fact i just paid online today 3 weeks worth $60. Attached is also my online contract i signed at $***** a week.  And then its the fact the guy at the store has admitted multiple times he dont know what was difference between the systems. Also lets talk about how I did give you a time and day to come to sign the new lease for the ***** and you never showed matter fact you been ignoring all texts since then. You keep lieing and I dont appreciate that. BBB can we please escalate ******** did go in the system like i know you could and adjust the price to the $***** plus tax so this should be for all future payments. You lied to me and told me you could'nt when the guy in the store has been doing it. I'm not stupid so please stop treating me like I am.

      As statwd i NEVER RECEIVED THE CORRECT **** AND HE DONT UNDERSTAND AND HAS THE ***** I DID NOT RECEIVE THE **** THEY TRIED TO SCAM INTO PAYIING HOGHER FOR THEY TRIED TO GET ME PAY HIGHER FOR PS5 pro when i originally just wanted a ps5 i GOT A PS5 i provided pics of what i got he is in the wrong they are still making me pay ps5 pro prices im not paying ps5 prices and he keeps theeating me im not comfortable around him i gave him time to bring the paperwork to me he never showed up how os that my fault????????? Quit closing it out i wanted it escalated to his manager cause what he is doing is WRONG

      Bought a couch through them it's broken twice , within both times it broke they have had the couch for about a year and a half and have made little to no contact about resolving the issue, I have full coverage on the item and either want a replacement or a refund

      I have been renting a mattress and mattress frame from this company for a few months now. Payments have been made on this furniture and everything was fine until 05/05/2025 when a payment of $243.71 was made on my card without my authorization. I am not in any type of auto-pay situation that I am aware of. I have not received any receipts of any transaction Ive made with them. Now, I see today 05/09/2025, they attempted the same thing but was unable to due the card being lost. I am currently waiting on a replacement. I would also like an explanation of what is in my contract and if this is acceptable business practice.

      They lied saying I would get 2 months free. I paid money for an Xbox in December get it home didn't work. Waited a month get told that I would get 2 months free. Then gets told it's a new Xbox which it is not it was used one. They constantly calls when I'm busy making money. They price they want me to pay is 3x more then I can get one for under $500

      I have been doing business with ******* for years then all of a sudden because I find myself in a financial bind still communicating with them and paying as I can they want to take all of my stuff from me including my children's beds. So now we are going to be faced with sleeping on the floor. I get paid in 5 days and willing to get it caught up. I have rods and screws in my back and cannot sleep on the floor. I have tried to work with them but they are becoming difficult I moved in October and they broke the wheel on the dishwasher I have and still yet to fix it. 6 months later..... does not take that long to order a replacement part

      I am rejecting this response because: they now have all of the items in their possession but one and it needs repair. I still have not heard from the place coming out to do repair. I am not getting anything back from them until it is fixed or they give me something in better shape. I am not paying for broken merchandise. It is Wednesday and I was told on Saturday thst someone would be in touch with me to set up a time to come out. I have been paying for months on stuff thst is broken .

      I spoke with Mrs.*********,  we are bringing her a different washer/dryer and reinstating her tv/tv stand on 5/29/25. We will also be servicing her dishwasher and refrigerator when we deliver the other items.
