      Rented out a washer and dryer with a membership and was told it might be covered when it broke down. They did send out a replacement, and it shuts off after 10 minutes. Had an electrician check the outlet and breaker, and everything is fine. I tell them the replacement is not working, and the response I get was...well, it was working before it left the shop. No solution. Going with ******, no wonder your company is going bankrupt.

      I have bought and paid off items with Buddys for years, a couple of times I ran into an issue and the Manager is pretty good about assisting, I do admit they call constantly and then do not give messages so someone else will call back right after, But 2 years ago they came out to deliver a Refrigerator and did not use a Dolly there was a newer guy with them and he said oh no I got it, well he tore my floor in several places, and my house at the time was only 3 years old, I have been trying for two years to get payment to fix my floor. I live in a double wide home so each side of the home has a full sheet of nice Laminate Flooring, I have to place rugs to cover the areas up when company comes, and in mopping its getting worse. I have turned in bids, w-9, everything for the contractor, then they lose the paperwork and need it again and I am getting tired I want them to send me a check to cover my expenses to pay for my floor, they said the Insurance covers it so lets get it covered at this point after two years I have already paid off the Refrigerator lol.

      Wish I could do no stars, I went into the store on may 19, 25 paid a deposit for washer and dryer set. Waited a month only to be told they had to gave my set to someone else due to their washer stopping. I still havent received my *************** I saw a delivery guy in the truck at my job on 6/20/2025 8:30 am driving the buddys truck doing his personal business! Ive called every week on the day they say it will be delivered only to still not receive it! Im highly disappointed and wondering how theres no consequences.

      This place is a scam they set you up for 6 months cash payment, then instead of reminding you, they try to make u past your due date then the full payment plus interest is added now where the bed was $700 it now $900 and all the payments you made before hand or no good you start over

      The store in nacogdoches texas is a joke and unprofessional. After trying to attempt to take different amounts off my card, I called to get the correct price that I should be paying and **** and ******* have the worst attitudes and explained to me its just their system. Yeah right. They also pop up at my job over one missed payment which is very unprofessional, now im at risk of being terminated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

      I was buying a stove from them. Three days after they delivered it the oven stopped working. They delivered it in November of last year needless to say I've been paying on it up until today. I called multiple to have it fixed. They came and took to the shop and had it for a week and me with not a stove and bought it back and said they couldn't fix it. I called ******* and they sent someone out to fix it they said I had bug infestation. So I hired Orkin to come out and bomb my house and ******* came out again and because they were dead bugs they won't fix it. I called Buddy's today and told them to come get the stove and he said that they will take me to court. I said please and I will be there.

      I rent from a Buddys located on ******************, in ************ Fl If I could file a police report for theft I would. Legalized Robbery! I started renting a fridge with ice maker and water in April but within a couple weeks it stopped cooling or freezing. They bought me a loaner that was a cheap freezer-on-top style, but kept charging me for the more expensive double door fridge while it was supposedly in the shop being repaired. (no, it was never in the shop)I was in the hospital for months but realised that I was still paying for a fridge that they never brought back, at the end of ************, they claimed that my fridge was finally fixed, brought it back to me, and 20 minutes after they left, it was obvious that it had not been fixed.Ive had it back for 11 days and all they wanted to do was bring me another loaner and try to repair this pos again, instead of replacing it with one that actually works.Of course, I was told that I would have to start a new contract if I wanted a different refrigerator as a replacement, and NO, I dont get any type of refund after paying for a Fridgedaire side-by-side but actually having a Standard fridge, for FIVE (5) months.Sooo, yea Im disgusted with this place and told them to come get this hunk of junk out of my house by Friday, or Im setting it outside.I will never get my money back, but ****** learned.Never, ever, ever, buy anything from Buddys!!!

      Leased from a buddy’s in bellmead tx. Could not pay for product and was trying to return it the male working there refused to take it and the other worker told me to bring it in cause they would not waste man power on me. Then when I arrived the male worker was trying to physical fight me over leaving them he went on and I called the cops. The cops told me to take the product back and don’t worry about this. I feel I was trying to do the right thing and the worker at this location was irate with me for no reason. He should be fired on treating customers like this.

      The most scummy branch Ive ever done business with. Kept charging me twice on bi weekly (double payments) and refused to answer about it.Fell behind once and was forced to restart my lease agreement almost paying it off now back to fresh like if I leased it out again for the first time, restarting all payments.

      I'd give it zero stars if I could. My husband and I go a fridge from the Tyler, Tx location and when they came to deliver it they left a dolly in front of my TV and it fell and broke my tv and they blamed my daughter who literally just walked by it. They said she was playing around it, but they weren't even in the room to see it fall. When I called the store the manager was very rude and when I said I was mad they came and picked the fridge back up and I've yet to receive a refund. The boss of the location won't call me back. They do poor business and are all around horrible people.
