    Outdoor Solutions of Central Florida cut down a oak tree and it fell and destroyed my house and car. They just left and didn't say anything. They won't even pick up my phone calls or respond to me anywhere.

    Hello! My name is ******* and I am one of the project managers here at Outdoor Solutions of Central Florida LLC or Outdoor Solutions Tree Service. I have diligently checked our invoicing system and we have no knowledge of any of our crews being in this area of Gainesville. Outdoor Solutions does tend to get confused with another company that poaches work in our area called Tree Solutions, they are actually based out of Daytona Beach, but come to Marion, Alachua and Lake Counties. I can assure you that if you had an issue of this magnitude with Outdoor Solutions it would have been resolved within minutes of it happening. I would be curious to know how you've been trying to reach "us" and what phone number you've been calling. Outdoor Solutions has worked very hard to maintain a A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. We hope the homeowner's who have filed this complaint can reach the correct business to rectify this.

    These rude workers went on my property and tore up my grass and threw beer cans all over the yard today.

    Goodafternoon Ms.*******. 

    Im very sorry you have had this experience with a tree company however I would like to assure you that it was not our business associated with it. The reason I say this is because our company has been working on a large project in wildwood for over a month now in the middle of a construction project so we have not done any residential work near anybodys homes or properties. With that being said this is not the first complaint I have received lately with assuming it was our company doing foul procedures. Currently there is a company named **** ********* that is working in ocala but they are originally from daytona and since our business names are similar it makes them easy to be confused. Please google their business name and you should beable to find all the information about them to contact and discuss what happened on your property. I hate to say it but companies like that one are what make a bad name for us all. Im sorry for the misunderstanding and hope you understand that we have nothing to do with this situation.
