Trustworthy and affordable. Can't go wrong here. I wasn't sure how that tree was going to come down without smashing the roof of my office. Patrick is pro though, and can definitely take care of any tree removal needs!

On 7/19/2023, Outdoor Solutions did a job for a client/friend at ** **** ***, Ocala Fl. This client/friend had this company come onto my landlords property and cut back at least two trees and removed a beautiful, healthy, full grown tree without permission. Is this general standard for a company to go onto someones property and just remove large, full grown, healthy trees? Without any calls or written consent from the property owner himself, just because your client/friend told you to? I have informed the owner of the property as long as sent pictures and videos, as the Sherrif office mentioned, as he will need to decide to file a civil suit or not. Although he can collect for damages, but the tree is gone forever. And all because of an uncaring or unconcerned company. Very unprofessional. A couple things here:
A - Outdoor Solutions performed what we call clearance trimming which is where we trim along a property line “ground to sky” which is industry standard without the homeowner’s permission and what the law in Florida allows and what we were well within our rights as a tree contractor to do.
B - The tree that was removed was a water oak that was in decline and growing in to the canopy of a beautiful live oak as well as leaning towards the residence YOU rent. As a tenant you would think you would be thankful.
We’d love for the homeowner to call us to discuss. 352-355-5904 in the end we protected his investment at no charge to our customer or your landlord.
