    The company has taken money from my account without my permission. I did not make and order. I only searched their website and had things in a cart. I have an email from the company stating they see I didn't finish my order. I have proof from my bank account as well.

    Hi ******,

    Thanks for reaching out and taking the time to file a complaint. We take these issues very seriously. 

    I looked into this situation, and I can confirm that with the information we've received from you, you have not been charged by Skinny Mixes. The last order placed on your account was #****** dated March 18, 2022 for $69.03. No further orders have been placed. I checked to see if you had purchased under a different name or email address, but no order was found matching the $57.22 charge you are referring to within the dates of 9/24 - 9/26. 

    We do not hold payment information on file. The abandoned cart our customer service associate *** was referring to, was abandoned. There was no order placed and the items were sitting in your cart. If you had begun to enter payment information with PayPal, it's possible they had put a hold on your account. I can assure you, however, that we have not taken $57.22 from you. 

    I'd be happy to speak with PayPal and your bank on your behalf to see if there is anything we are missing, but with all the information given to me, I cannot find any current orders or payments from you. Please also note that as we do not store payment information, we would not have the ability to charge a separate customers order to your card.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    As stated by company, there is no proof of ANY ORDER made by me in any shape or form. It has become a blame game at this point as my banking institution is saying this is a problem caused by the company and absolutely not on their end. I believe some accountability needs to be taken by the company instead of, it wasn't me it's them, which had been the entire issue the entire time when speaking to ***. Emails from her state, the banking institution put a hold on payment when they insured me they did not and would not and u til the company released my funds there was absolutely nothing they could do and the matter was out of their hands. I proudly support small businesses but if you put blame on your customers it's a poor way to do business. Word of mouth will lose you faithful customers.

    Please let me know how I can help. As I stated previously, we have no record of you placing a recent order with us. Therefore, I'm unable to refund you. Please provide any  information you can so I can attempt to look for this order again. An alternate name, alternate email address, your shipping address, etc (please feel free to send a private email with this information). I can assure you that if you have placed an order with us, we'll do everything we can to refund you/resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after many searches, we are still unable to find an order or charge from you with the information we've received. 

    Bank institutions often place holds when a customer begins to check out on a website. Please know that the hold was not made by us, nor do we have any charges from you for the amount you stated, $57.22. Is this charge still showing on your PayPal? Have you spoken with PayPal so they can investigate this charge? I'm happy to speak with them if you can coordinate contact.
