    I wish I could leave no stars. I want my money back. The chocolate syrup was so thin it actually sprayed across to the top of the stove with a minor squeeze.And the taste is absolutely disgusting. I immediately threw it out.

    This company is terrible with customer service and shipping. Twice two of my orders got lost and it was very difficult to get a reship. Also their customer service does not respond *** constantly out of products. Very disappointed with this company. Do not recommend

    I've recently placed two orders with Skinny Mixes, and I have been very pleased, both with the products and the customer service. I had a couple questions about one of my orders and I was answered the same day, via email - not canned responses but actual dialogue. I imagine they do get bogged down sometimes with high influx of seasonal orders but my experience, this far, has been nothing short of excellent. Regarding the products, the syrups I have ordered have been very good. Far better than their competitors. All I can say is keep up the good work, and we will be long-term customers!

    I have ordered from Skinny Mixes several times and have never had a problem. I love their product! However my last order was missing three items and I can't get any kind of response from the company. I have tried emailing, their chat services, and unfortunately they dont have a phone number to call. Disappointing to have such bad customer services from a comapny with a great product

    This company customer servicer is atrocious. There is no access to a live person, only bots. I placed a order several months ago and didn't receive one of the bottles I ordered. My complaint was never followed up on. The same order also gave you a $15gc to be used by 1/15. When I attempted to use the giftcard it said it had already been utilized, which was not the case. Again I attempted to contact customer service and a bot said I would receive a email which has yet to happen. Its sad they treat their customers this way, their product is actually great but they'll put themselves out of business like this. I personally am DONE and will not be spending another cent here. Beware everyone!

    You reached out to our bot on 12/4 to report an item was missing from your order. Our bot asked for your order number and for photos of the box and packing slip. Our consumer care agent then followed up with you on 12/6 via email to ask what items were missing and to see if you have any photos to share for claims purposes. We did not hear back from you, unfortunately. Please email me directly at ******************************** so we can get this resolved.


    Regarding your gift card, we did experience some issues site-wide with our gift cards working properly. Please know you are not alone in that! You reached out on 1/13 and we were experiencing a delay in emails and chat responses due to an unexpected influx of consumer messages. We did respond to you via email a few days ago asking if you could confirm your gift card code so we could investigate properly. We unfortunately, did not hear back.


    I just went ahead and sent you a new gift card that does not expire. If you have any trouble using that one, please let me know so I can assist.

    Placed order 11/28. On December 10th I checked tracking and there was a problem with the address. I emailed UPS to change. They would not and said to contact vendor. Submitted a request to Skinny Mixes on 12/11 to change address through their CONTACT US form - received reply the did get my request. Waited. Nine days later, UPS shipped package back to Skinny Mixes. Contacted Skinny Mixes to reship to another address on 12/21. They reshipped it... but they reshipped it to the original incorrect address! This time I was able to correct it with UPS online. at least I hope I was. as I still have not gotten it. The product is delicious, but the customer service is abysmal

    Unfortunately, we did not receive your original request to change the address. We have our IT team looking into this to ensure it doesn't happen again. I am extremely sorry you did not receive a response from us. That said, you are correct. We did mistakenly send the replacement order to the incorrect address. Please know that I have spoken with our consumer care team about the importance of triple checking address changes before making replacements.

    I checked the tracking on your replacement order and *** has stated they have received the request to update the address. To make this right, I have gone ahead and refunded your order completely. Please expect to see this reflect on your payment method within 1-3 business days. If the package does not end up arriving, we would be happy to assist with another replacement to the correct address.

    I too had a horrible $15 gift card issue. The numbers and letters for the code never worked. I contacted (only by email because they have no phone number for customers) over 6 ********** Never got corrected so I could use it. I felt unappreciated as a customer. Horrible customer assistance.

    Thanks for contacting us. Please know that we did experience a widespread technical glitch with our gift cards and have apologized to all customers involved. The gift cards originally sent to customers had to be deactivated and resent as they were not working correctly. We apologize for this inconvenience and confusion. We did communicate this actively to all consumers who were supposed to receive a gift card.


    I checked our system and we did reply to all the messages you sent yesterday in regards to the gift card. As you were unable to use the one you received, we did create a new one for you which was sent via email at 2 PM today. I do see that you were able to place an order around 4 PM and did not check out with that gift card, so I have gone ahead and refunded your order by $15.

    I placed an order and with this order I was going to receive a free bottle of skinny syrup and a $15 gift card. I got an email saying it would be sent to my email on Dec 1st. I havent received it. I tried reaching out to them and they said they dont give out gift cards. What a joke.

    We experienced a glitch that caused the gift cards to not be sent out as promised on 12/1. We are incredibly sorry for that. The tech issue was located and resolved. We have since directly emailed you the $15 gift card to **********************.

    I placed a order on August 7th,2023,and have yet to recieve my order.I tried calling them,emailing them,and messaged them on Facebook, and nothing.I reported it to UPS,and they said to get ahold of the seller.It showed my order was supposed to be received on August 15th, it is now the 23rd,and still nothing.

We try to provide exceptional service but some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can unfortunately happen.     Your original email asking about your order status on 8/18 was answered by a chatbot that provided tracking information and asked you reply to the email if your question wasn't answered. We didn't hear back from you until 8/23, in which we immediately made you a replacement order that was shipped 8/24. It should be arriving to you soon!
