I also wish the FBI would do something about all the fraud out there these days!!

Fraudulent! They sent me an email recently with multiple grammatical errors, spaced out words, unknown sender information or real names. Demanded that I buy a very SPECIFIC Vanilla prepaid Visa card and take a picture of it as a payment method!!! I am extremely confused as to the “debt” and who/where..

Lately, I have been receiving emails from: Debt Collection Agency stating settlement amout $490.00. This was the first I have heard about a debt, didn't even tell me where to make a payment, just that I needed to pay the settlement. Received an email on 9/16/23 stating: ************* District Court, Cash Advance Legal **** of **** Fraud Legal Charges-$11,958,00 Amount Owed: ****** Atty ******** ***** Bail Charges ******** Threatened with Legal Proceedings, Employment Consequences, Seizures, Credit Rating Ruin and threatened me with being arrested unless I make a payment and settle the debt. The funny thing is, they never would put in the email where I am even supposed to send the payment to. I did check with an attorney and they say this is a scam and not to pay it.They have called several times but I refuse to talk to them on the phone. I want everything in writing and all I ever get are emails with either Senior Attorney or ***********************, VP They finally said it was Cash Net Incorp or something like that but I don't have an outstanding debt with them.

Just like every review on here, I received threatening emails that they are going to freeze my accounts, file a warrant and have me arrested if I do not pay them. $950 today and two other payments of $450. I responded telling them I have never had a payday loan before and they responded saying that they have proof it is mine. They have my signature and it was deposited into my accounts and I have 24 or 48 hours to pay them or they are going to have me arrested. The emails are very sophisticated except for a massive amount of grammatical errors and spelling errors, but it makes it look like it is from an actual attorney's office. At first glance, I could see how this would scare some people
