    Hired Concrete Art Designs in Dec 2022 to completely redo my pool deck. Paid a large amount for this project. Job completed by Dec 10, 2022. I have contacted the owner, Marcos R******** on multiple occasions since it has been completed because it is completely failing-dozens of cracks, chips. He sent a guy out on Feb 27, 2023 to fill the cracks which since has recracked. It now has dozens of cracks and chips and Marcos says he cant keep coming out to fix his work even though there is a 10 year warrenty. It looks awful now and he said someone would comeout again and no one showed up. This has happenend multiple times, I have pictures and videos along with text message proof. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
