We are thrilled with the results of our patio and pool deck renovation by Creative Resurfacing. The turnaround time was incredibly fast. Dave came to measure, and the next week the pavers were delivered and the crew got to work. This is not the norm; scheduling and supply just worked out beautifully. Dave was highly informative throughout the entire process. The crew who performed the work was so impressive. They completed a large pool deck, patio, and new coping in just 5 days, despite the intricate cuts required. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and competitive pricing. We are so very happy with team CRS. They resurfaced our pool deck, front porch and sidewalk. ****, ****, **** and ****** were very knowledgeable and professional. Great team to work with. We had our entire pool/deck area resurfaced as the original was 23 years old. **** and his crew did an outstanding job! They got us scheduled quickly and did the entire job in under three weeks. Our area under screen is 1800 sq. ft. so this was no small job. The pool resurface, the upgraded tile around the *********** step-up, and the "paver" concrete overlay on the deck all look amazing. We love it! The effort was well organized, and it was obvious the work crews took pride in their work. They were all polite and respectful of our property. If we ever need to have any further work done on anything concrete, we are going to have Creative Resurfacing Solutions do the work! It is a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that values their customers, before, during, and after installation. We had our patio and pool deck resurfaced. I called **** to come out and inspect the finished product. **** looked at the deck and immediately scheduled his team to come out and reseal. He also had a pool company come out and clean our pool. The covering on the pool was blown off due to weather (high winds and rain).
