      Bedspread taken to ******* location on approx. 11/6/24. Bedspread was 3 years old in good condition. I make bed daily * would have noticed issues. I told the employee it was 3 years old, not perfect, with some snags, * was given a claim check. I do not remember signing anything.Picked up on 11/13/24. At home, opened wrapping, noticed multiple damaged seams. When picked up, employee (blonde lady, same person who I dropped off to), told me she had sent bedspread back once due to a bad odor. Employee said there were 2 torn places that were repaired, * if I found others, to bring it ******* home on 11/13/24, opened package, found bedspread was destroyed with multiples tears, * unraveling seams.3rd store visit 11/19/24, showed same employee bedspread condition. Employee called supervisor, was told to send back to seamstress. Employee stated that this was not normal, and that the bedspread should be replaced by the dry cleaner. 12/6/24, left message on answering machine asking about the status of my item. No one called me back. I called again on 12/11/24, * was told bedspread was ******** could pick up.12/12/24, I opened the package inside your store, bedspread was in worse condition, with extremely poor seamstress attempts, * the bedspread was filthy dirty. Different employee from prior, asked me what I wanted to do, and I told her I wanted item replaced. She said I would hear from corporate on Mon 12/16/***** callback,. Tuesday 12/17/24, Called corporate office. Told to email Kat * include pics. The corporate person said I had signed something showing damage when I brought item in originally. I do not believe thats accurate, as 1st visit I was given a claim check only, which I gave back to your employee when I picked item up the first time. The damage was noted by your store on my receipt, showing 2 dates, 11/13 and 11/19. NO RESPONSE, I am asking for the replacement of the item, which was $287.******* *****

      Oct 15 2022 I paid $15.00 approximately to dry clean two expensive ************** dress shirts Sun Country Cleaner didnt commit any thing and told me to go away.Sun Country Cleaners ruined 2 ************** Dress Shirts.Sun Country Cleaners didnt not attempt to resolve the problem and told me to go away.I have a customer claim check/receipt but there is no account/order/tracking number.Stay Away! They don't guarantee there dry cleaning! They ruined two of my ************** shirts! I had to bring it to their attention and had to submit a complaint. A few days after I submitted my complaint, *********************** called me to explain it was a garment defect, (do you believe ****** making defective shirts, not one but two defective shirts) she then tried to convince me to call ****** and deal with them. When I refused too call ****** and blame them, because as I explained to ****, the shirts were over 6 months old and have been dry cleaned many times and returned to me with no issues, she then got angry & disrespectful. **** then said the National Cleaners Association would support their decision and said she had information from them and she would provided it to me and rudely hung up on me. When I pick up my damaged shirt from Sun Country Cleaners, **** had attached a paper document not from the National Cleaners Association but from another dry cleaners business from the ******, ** area. ******* (*********, ** In ***************** Location) who works the store did loop in the owner of Sun Country Cleaners but I guess they don't care about their customers because per ******* the owner wasn't responding! I am going to submit complaints to the National Cleaners Association, the BBB and most likely going suing them. *********************** the customer service manager didn't even offer to credit me for the drying clean of the two shirts they ruined, **** is horrible and not professional and I hope you don't ever have to deal with her but that is how the owner wants her to be, rude! I give Sun Country Cleaners zero stars..

      We have shown the consumer the support of the manufacture defected in the glue in the collars when heated up. We were unable to correct and advised to take it back to the manufacture to resolve.

      I dropped off clothes to the Sun Country Cleaners on Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa, FL. My daughter picked my clothes up from the cleaners. When I got home I noticed one of my shirts had been completely destroyed. The embellishments were missing or hanging off the garment. When I noticed the damage, I immediately went to the cleaners to file a complaint. She stated the corporate office would have to handle the complaint and she asked me for my contact information and said I should hear from someone the next day. I never received a call so I called the number on the receipt. I was offered a store credit, I declined and was asked the cost of my blouse. I told them the blouse was $55 and was told I would receive a check for the amount. I gave them my mailing address. This conversation happened the beginning of June. I've made three attempts to contact Sun Country Cleaners about this issue. On June 24th, I called again and was told the check had been mailed to me. I went out of the country for 3 weeks and upon my return, still no check.

      As of today, I still have not received a refund. I checked my mail after receiving this notice.
