      This company is terrible i have been going back and forth with them for months and months . They charged me all this extra $$ for dry cleaning when only to be altered. They never reimbursed me my 92$ .They said that’s how they had to ring it in the system , I will never do business again with them as i also have heard the same from many others . I had spent months on communication with sun cleaners . karen R****

      I have been a customer for over 10 years. Just found out today that my discount was removed from my account. When I asked to have owners contact me I was told NOPE by customer service manager ***********************. She was extremely rude & didn't care how long I had been a customer or even that I spend approx $4500 yearly with Sun Country. Do not trust Sun Country with your dry cleaning. Find someone that cleans on premises & appreciates your business.

      We are a new customer to the ******* location ********************************************** and I picked up my clothes today (Feb 22) to find out that the tailoring on my sport coat, and the stain I specifically wanted addressed, was not done. The girl working the desk has had the sourest attitude EVERY time Ive gone there, and basically poo-pooed me about my concerns and didnt even look at where the stain was when I dropped off. So I guess I shouldnt have been surprised NOTHING was done. I even allotted extra time for pick up. The stain removal was something youve gotten out in the past, and the tailoring was very minor. What ****** me off the most is the lackadaisical & negative attitude by this employee. She is a bad face for you to project at the front desk!
