This is the most TERIBLE , FRAUDELENT company I have ever encounter , They stop piking your calls as soon as you deliver the load. I later got InTouch with consignee after so many troubles who confirmed to me that he has payed them, But international Heavy Haulers llc wouldn't pay me.So please ********************* will take you below six feet under the ground if you work with them BEWARE

Honestly, the best one of the best transportation companies we've used. Punctual, responsive. Not the cheapest but well worth the extra bucks considering other people quoted to move our load and never picked it up. Recommended and would do business again for sure.

I am an owner operator of a trucking company. I used the truckstop loadboard to book a load with International Heavy Haulers, LLC. I completed the work and billed them for it. The industry standard and contractual agreement was for them to pay within 30 days. After that time passed with no payment, I reached out to their billing department and was asked to confirm ACH Deposit information and assured the boss was working on payment right away. Another week passed and I reached out again. This time, they were apologetic and explained that their company “is not in a good place right now” and that they will pay me as soon as they could and asked me to please give them 2 more weeks. When that time passed I began reaching out again because it is now more than 60 days with no payment. They continue to be apologetic and assure me that they will pay me as soon as they can but I will be filing a claim against their bond and am coming here to warn others. I see that I am not the only company having issues with them. In fact a google search shows an attorney that is getting together a lawsuit for all the companies that have done work for them and didn’t get paid. Truckstop says they haven’t received enough official complaints to remove them from the loadboard so please file complaints if you’re also in our position so they can stop booking work that they cant pay for.

I took a Load posted on ************* by International Heavy Haulers, LLC on May 19th. Turned paperwork in to my factoring company, who kindly sent me a notice that IHH was a no buy. Meaning, they would not buy the contract. On May 22, 2023 all paperwork was sent to IHH. I read the terms and understood that it would be 30 working days before I got paid. No Problem, I did not bug them did not contact them until I got an email from accounting needing POD, Invoice, rate con, w-2 and banking information for direct deposit. I went back to the email that I sent on May 22, 2023 to the contact that was on the **** I forwarded all that information to the accounting email. I was told that on Friday June 30, 2023 that I would receive payment. That did not happen. I even contacted IHH prior to June 30, 2023, as a curtesy, because I know that sometimes if you only do business with a company one time you may forget to follow up after so many days have passed. I was assured that I would receive payment on June 30th. I called several times the following week. No one would answer my calls, return my phone calls after leaving messages or reply to my emails. I was finally able to talk to the actual guy that dispatched me and a few minutes later I got an email assuring me that payment would be in my account on July 7th, that didn't happen. Then got an email that payment was sent out and would be processed July 10th. That didn't happen either. Well all I can say is if you took the time to read this review and you still do business with IHH (International Heavy Haulers, LLC, You get what you deserve. If by chance someone from IHH or ANYONE ELSE would like to dispute this review, BY ALL MEANS CONTACT ME PLEASE. I HAVE ALL TIME-DATED CORISPONDENCES TO BACK IT UP. I am a simple man of 53 years and was raised to do your best, pay your bills and support your family. My work ethics, character and integrity are second TO NONE.

Have had 7 loads scheduled to pickup on Monday March 13th for 3 months to deliver. Today, Friday March 10th we received notice that no trucks will show up. First excuse was blamed on weather. When we discussed no issues with road closures then the truth came out about the issue being their quoted rate. No trucks will show up unless we pay a higher rate. We were told by agent Joseph that the permits are thousands of dollars which is also not true.. We have transported these exact items within past month and provided information showing the actual permit costs for 4 states to be $110.00. International Heavy Haulers is just a broker that posts loads on load board and doesn't have enough industry knowledge to accurately quote oversized loads. This is the second time they have dropped the ball for us on loads. Like old Chinese proverb... Fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me... there will not be a third time... Mark H
