    Poor customer service for the premium price charged. My 2 day job took 5 days and due to holiday weekend and work schedule in real time 3.5 weeks to complete. Day 1 no one showed up and was notified halfway through the day no one is coming. Multiple delays during the project due to equipment failure and the only 2 working trailers location in ***** or *******. After 2 weeks of delays and an appointment confirmation call, no call no show to complete the job. I called the office twice, left voicemail no reply. I had to take another day off from work for the job to be completed. In the end this company only cares that they foamed the house and that the product is great so what is the problem? The poor communication with customers and their employees on the job site didnt matter. It seems customers are there for ********************** not the other way around. Dont waste your time and money. They will foam spray your property whenever they get around to it and still charge premium prices for the poor service.
