      I'm contacting you about the marijuana doctor. An employee named Suzette works in the accounts receivable department. I requested to cancel my services on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, but on Friday, January 31, 2025, I was billed for a membership I had already canceled. Today, February 3, 2025, I reached out to the company for a refund, but I was told that the charge never occurred and that no refund was due. After several phone calls, I decided to visit in person. Even after providing proof of my cancellation email and the payment receipt, I was still denied a refund. This company has been the worst I've dealt with in the past two years, as I've faced numerous issues with being double and triple billed due to their staff's incompetence in managing records. SUZETTE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! I was angry when I spoke to her because I had already spoke to accounts receivable to three times on the 31st and because of me using vulgar language which wasn't directed towards her by the way she hung up on me I work for the executive team of my company if I hung up on a customer I would lose my job she does not deserve to work in customer service your feelings have nothing to do with my finances being taken out of my account unauthorized.I was frustrated during our conversation because I had already contacted accounts receivable three times on the 31st. Although I used some strong language, it wasn't aimed at her specifically, yet she still hung up on me. I work for the executive team of my company, and if I treated a customer that way, I would be fired. She shouldn't be in customer service if she can't handle the pressure. Her feelings don't change the fact that money was taken from my account without authorization. I expect to hear from corporate right away and request a full refund without delay.

      Horrible place of business. Rude staff. No manners at all. The office looks like one would be in the storage unit of a methadone clinic. Dirty floors, dirty smells, dirty smiles and dirty people. The "manager" has the appearance of a trailer park mechanic and will greet you in broken down flip flops with dirty toes and fingernails, and that is just the beginning. They mandated that I pay in advance so I was stuck with them. Their doctor was inadequate and I had to make a second appointment a week later to meet a doctor who had the stature to refill my recommendation from the state. I had to wait another week and by this time I was forced to pay for the second visit and was told the money from my first was refunded. I have yet to see my refund, at this point I was charged twice for one visit and my refund is somewhere in limbo. When you call, the calls go directly to the Caribbean. Every person I have spoken to refuses to put a manager on the phone. Today I was told, "We have your refund but you are on a waiting list" before the foul mouthed person I spoke to hung up on me. If you're looking for a medical marijuana doctor, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business. There are way to many professional MMJ doctors out there. ******DO NOT USE THIS PLACE*****

      Attempted to see a Dr here. When I walked in, it was dirty & sketchy, looked very unprofessional. Turns out they ARE very unprofessional. 45 min of paperwork, asking me to sign things that are completely untrue, such as, signing that I had received their HIPAA Privacy Policy, which I hadn't been given. When I asked for it, they gave me a hard copy of the questions I was answering, not the policy. I asked again, a few times. They said the questions were the policy. They very much are not. I've worked in the healthcare field for decades and know very well what a HIPAA policy should contain, like how they handle patient data, where it goes, and patient rights to see the policy anytime. None of that was offered. It just turned into an argument with people who don't know what they're talking about. They wouldn't let me talk about it with a Dr.They also insisted that I sign ahead of time that I had discussed my care plan, risks, benefits, etc. with the Dr before I ever saw anyone. That seems fraudulent to me. I will be addressing these issues with the governing body.Something is really off there and their practices are highly questionable. Stay away!
