    We've had nothing but a fantastic experience with Abyde. The software saves ** time and notifies us when we need something completed for HIPAA and OSHA compliance. They have training classes too, and if we ever need to, we can call out a dedicated account specialist who is always timely in getting back to **. We appreciate the help you guys have, and thanks again!

    We are a dental office, transitioned recently, so change of ownership. After the transition, our employee managed to changed the account with the understanding that the subscription is month to month and not a yearly contract, which was originally miscommunicated with that employee while the account was being setup, so now when we are trying to cancel our services with them, Abyde wants us to pay for a whole year.The account manager is now asking for the proof "month-to-month" in writing from the original sales rep who led us to believe it was month-to-month as service, which unfortunately we do not have since we were not the original office that started the account. The account manager insisted on sending the terms and conditions and reviewing it. The account manager also offered discount but they are not willing to cancel our services.Abyde truly have some good resources but their business policy is not something we personally endorse.To all the new customers signing up for their services, please be careful and review their terms and condition, also the fact if any representative offers month to month subscription, it's a sales pitch to get you to signup for a yearly contract.In our desperate times, we were hoping to cancel our services and manage the services provided by Abyde in house but the company won't understand, for them it's their bottom line getting hit regardless of what the other business is going through. We might have eventually restarted their services when the business would have started picking up but now we will not be considering giving our business to them permanently.PLEASE SHOP AROUND FOR A BETTER COMPANY WHO IS TRUTHFUL AND ETHICAL ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS POLICY.
