      We regret any inconvenience that the customer has experienced, and we assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve their complaint. We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed.

      We apologize that you may have misunderstood the offer. We would be happy to clarify any misunderstanding with your purchase. You paid $6.99 to join the Ipad Pro Sweepstakes. You have earned an entry to the sweepstakes offer for the Ipad Pro Sweepstakes with your purchase. You also purchased our exclusive Ear Pod for which you paid $56.97. Further, this does not mean you have won the item (Ipad Pro). The drawing for the new item happens weekly, and the winner will be contacted by email.

      As per double-checking, your account was refunded of $56.97 on 07/21/2022. Out of courtesy, we went ahead and issued an additional refund of $6.99 today, 08/09/2022. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time, for the credit to reflect in your account. Rest assured, the account is cancelled, and you won't receive any further charges.

      I do not accept explanations due to this is not what happen. There was no mention of Sweepstakes or Ear Pods. The popup stated you are a lucky winner of ipad. Answer four questions and provided mailing address. You only pay shipping cost. No mention of entering a contest, no mention of buying ear pods.
      Also the credit on my account was issued by CitiBank not this company. As of 8/11/22 their is no credit posted from Archery Stamps. I closed my account to prevent more charges being processed. Company use hook and bait technique to charge customers for something they didn't order.

      received a parcel via USPS 1/26/2022. I opened it (was addressed to me) content was a 'smart watch'.

      To Whom It May Concern;

      Thank you for your letter, we take these matters seriously and have active customer support to handle all of our consumers' concerns.

      We have investigated **** *******'s account and found that an order was placed by Bill last 07/23/22 at 3:01pm EST and the terms of the offer were agreed to by the customer. However, we see this customer has never contacted us regarding this issue. Due to the misunderstanding, the full amount of $39.98 has been fully refunded back to the customer. The refund was processed on 08/16/22 and should reflect to the customer's account in 7 to 10 business days. A confirmation via email was sent for the customers own records.

      We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and or misunderstanding. We hope this helps settle his dispute.

      I received notice from the company saying they wrote off the $39.98 and credited my Master card, but I just got my statement, and the charge is still there under a different company called "vibeshop".
      The original charge appearing on master card was processed on 7/23/2022. I understand that the company says they credited my account on 8/16/22 and that my statement's last entry was 8/15/22 so I will look for the credit next month but why is the statement showing the charge from a different company?
      Any help you can give would be appreciated.
