We have investigated ******************** account and found that an order was placed by ****** last 08/22/22 at 6:55pm EST and the terms of the offer were agreed to by the customer.
However, we see this customer has never contacted us regarding this issue. The transaction was disputed by her bank and the amount of $39.98 was fully refunded back to the customers account on 08/26/22. It should already reflect in the customers account.

All I know is that there are two entities working together. I never ordered anything. I was sent a flashlight from a dollar store and they want me to pay them $39.99 for the shipping. I already own military grade flashlights. I'd never pay $40 for a knockoff.

When ******* contacted us with their concern, a refund was offered to them to remedy the situation however we did not get any response from Russel. As a company, we remain completely committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, the full amount of $39.98 has been fully refunded back to the customer. The refund was processed on 08/26/22 and should reflect to the customer's account in 7 to 10 business days. A confirmation via email was sent for the customers own records.

I was scammed by this company. I had two packages coming and I wasn't sure where they were coming from *** or ***** or dhl. I had gotten an email from DHL saying that I would have to pay a $1.95 because I couldn't receive my package without it. So I put in my debit card and they charge me a dollar 95. Then it took me to some wheel and it said to spin it and I did and I found out that they charge me $39.98 for a fuel Savor which I never even ordered in the first place. I want a refund. Today 08/22/2022 I received a package delivered by the ***** This package did not come with any paperwork, just the name on the shipping label ( Nutraition). It is a pair of ear buds that I did not order. From what I am reading online, this is a total scam and I do not want any part of it, nor do I want a charge to my credit card for something I do not want or did not order. I dint want ti receive more if these packages with creams I dint need. I inky asked for the sample Offer and that is it. One time thing for a good price. I started a trial for their skin cream. When it arrived in the mail it was open and one jar was actually used as there were finger swiped 8n the cream. I called customer service immediately and was given a run around about cancelling. She said she would send more product instead. I cancelled before trial period but was charged again. Twice in 4/21/2022 $119 and $114. I want my money refunded, if not all, at least one of those charges.Business Response

I just received a phone call from someone who said they were calling from Nutration and will be refunding my money in seven installments to my bank. They were aware of my Florida address and asked for my current address.
I asked if the BBB was aware and she confirmed.
I am hoping this is the true case and that I will see these installments reflected on my account.
