    Restauro Co. is the contracted repair vendor to *************************. **************************** is the main repair contractor they will be contacted also. A repair Ticket #:8838453 was generate on 11/22/24 for an elderly parkinsons patient's lift chair. they have made contact or answered any call made to them for schedule of repair. Chair is needed and they are the contracted repair vendor. Do not use this companies services if you are able to avoid it. They are not responsive to their customers needs.

    We are very sorry you are disappointed, we tried to explain to you that we made several attempts to set service since 11/18/2024. We have had no luck reaching out via the two phone numbers provided by your warranty company. After two weeks of no contact we are forced to cancel the order as no customer contact. As explained today on the phone (12/05/2024) we did advise to you that you should reach back out to your warranty company and ask them to send us a new work order as we no longer have access to your claim. Should you contact the warranty company and they provide us with a new work order we would be more than happy to service the claim for you. If you need any help we would be more than happy to assist you with retrieving the order. We look forward to assisting you in any way we can.
