    My Allstate Protection plan sent them my claim to be looked at. It took them over a week to send me a day and time frame. The timeframe was 12pm -6 pm on a Friday. Tried calling back, had to leave a message as to why that won't work. They sent another time frame for 5 pm - 8 pm on a Friday. Again called left a message saying that won't work. I have 4 children under 6 years old that eat, bathe and go to bed during that ******* took 4 calls to get to a live person and he was the rudest, condensing service person I have had the displeasure of talking to.They are over 2 hours from me and wouldn't work with me. He hung up on me.

    This company had the worst customer service I have every experienced. They don’t answer their line or when they do, they hang up. You ask to speak to a manager and they claim there is no manager. I have had 3 service repairs rescheduled because a technician no shows.
