  TOTAL RIPOFF My issue is not with the employees at the facility, but rather the owners/directors.First off, they throw these forms at you and say sign here and here, not verbally explaining anything. You want the dog, you need to sign. Well shame on me for not seeing the no returns policy. I get it, you want to make sure all sales are final. But we had a legitimate concern over the dogs safety, and attempted to work something out with them.The manager really has no authority at all, she just communicates with the owners/directors. We waited for 2 hours. We were willing to forfeit half of the money we had paid less than 24 hours before. Not only would they not budge, but the owner/director wouldnt even speak with me. They refused to even talk with me over the phone, they would only communicate through their manager. That seems very cowardly.We ended up surrendering the puppy to them out of safety for him. What makes us sick is that we paid $3,000 for this puppy and got nothing in return. They are going to re-list the puppy, and someone else will pay for him again. We felt completely taken advantage of. We were extremely reasonable and willing to give up $1,500 of the money we paid. They are unwilling to help. Total ripoff.

  DO NOT buy from this company!!!! They are liars and will give you excuse after excuse. I bought a puppy from them as a birthday gift for my wife. (Btw, my wife is pregnant) They have it on their website that these puppies have been checked by a vet and are healthy. When I got home, the poor thing was puking, had juicy and sticky diarrhea and then started popping blood. I had to go back to the darn place that I got him just to get confirmation from them that they would reimburse me if I took him to the vet. After fighting with them for a few hours, finally got an email saying they would. But the lady kept confirming my puppy was fine, when I knew he wasnt. He was even breathing heavy for no reason, when he had been sleeping all day long. Finally took him to the vet yesterday and was there till midnight. They wanted to do ***** in exams cause they said they were worried about the puppies well being. Was not gonna pay for that with my own money, so we started little by little and found out that puppy has hook worms! I have a pregnant wife and they know this and a puppy with hook worms, which means mostly likely all those puppies have it bc hook worms spread. So I took him back and they would only reimburse me for the puppy and pet bills. Nothing extra for the pain and suffering they caused my wife and I. But also the crate, bed, food, toys, freaking expensive haircut bc the poor thing looked like ********* when we got him. Absolutely no reimbursement for that. They wouldnt even let me speak to whoever owns the place! Please please please DO NOT get a dog from them. You will go through a lot of pain, heartache, stress, anger and just all the emotions in one. Help me get this review out to everyone and shut this horrible and heartless company down. Thank you!

  Scammers! They sold me an expensive dog for 4000 dollars and the dog was sick. While paying, they promised that we have a 1 year guarantee for any medical expenses like the flu, heart attacks, etc. anywhere in *******. We tried to take our dog to the vet, and Blue Sky Puppies said they werent covering anything. Avoid buying dogs from them. They push you to buy the dog giving fake promises.

  My experience with Blue Sky Puppies-Clearwater has been incredibly disappointing and concerning. When I initially purchased my pet from them, I had high hopes for finding a healthy and well-bred companion. However, my experience has been marred by serious hereditary health issues.Shortly after bringing my pet home, it became apparent that she was suffering from hereditary luxating *******'s in both rear legs. This condition has led to significant discomfort and impaired mobility for my pet, requiring extensive veterinary care and surgeries. The surgeries are $3,000.00 each and the dog cost over $3,200.Despite reaching out to Blue Sky Puppies to address this issue, I have been met with a lack of accountability and transparency. There has been no acknowledgment of the hereditary health issues present in the pets they breed, nor any offer of assistance or compensation for the medical expenses incurred. Blue Sky is not taking responsibility, to date that have offered to only reimburse me for the cost of the dog. Shame on them!I urge anyone considering purchasing a pet from Blue Sky Puppies to proceed with extreme caution and thorough research. It is essential to thoroughly vet breeders and inquire about any potential hereditary health issues to avoid the heartache and financial burden that I have experienced.

  Sold my wife a puppy that was marketed as a mini poodle. We said he didn’t look like one but they insisted he is. She took him to the vet and he confirmed that the pup is not a poodle. We called the breeder in Arkansas and she sent us the parents’ registration papers. Come to find out, she sold the puppy to another breeder who must have switched the pup and sold blue sky a substitute; or Blue sky switched them. We called the store to talk to the manager and was told someone would call back. That was a week ago and we haven’t heard from anyone. Don’t trust these people.

  Had a wonderful experience! I was able to play with the pup and see the pedigree of parents. They but pups from breeders after not sold by 8 weeks; usually get a sibling with and keep two weeks to thoroughly check out before sale! I tried contacting so many other sites , individuals and they are trolls!! All wanted my life history, and they be blocked me: because they figured out I would be onto their scam. No money up front just come and play and buy or not. Their prices up front ( pet smart and private do bate and increase $$. Our pup had actually been there 3 weeks and they lowered price from 3999.00 to 1500.00 Chip included. Food and advice. Two free vet visits to vet that has seen then pup. And, theyDO CHECK UP ON PUP!! My pup is socializing extremely well, knows a lot of commands already and extremely sweet and obedient. 18! Days with us, never has urinated on us or furniture. Pad trained 90% already, and sleeps in crate 10:00 to 6:00am . No whining, we get up and we put her on pad and she pees!! Turkey tots!!. All natural : she pees on command! Recommend pup there 24/7!

  This place is a puppy mill! After you buy the puppy they want nothing to do with you. No way to call where you purchased the puppy. No way to talk to anyone about the puppy you have. The only response from the last hour of trying to speak to a supervisor is there are none available and I'll receive a call back when one becomes available. And I can email that response takes 3 to 7 business days. All I needed was the shot record for mt puppy that I must have dropped out of the folder bringing her home with my 3 kids. I did so much research thinking this place was safe. Only to find out from every shelter I speak to that blue sky puppies buys from 3rd parties so no way to no what happens to get the puppy there. And I didn't believe it, they were so nice and communicated so well. Until after I purchased, 30 days later at our first appointment and was charged a 25$ late fee for spending 30 mins trying to find medical records. And my "free visit" they can't do anything without having some information on her...and i had to lay for them to do nothing. I really thought this place was so great, guess anyone can be nice to make a sale.
