  Was hired to remediate condo after hurricane - unskilled workers, items in home ransacked and stolen, many additional damages - screens torn from throwing material out windows, entry tile broken dropping machinery, tile chipped off entering bathroom, plantation blinds destroyed and missing, towel bars, countertop cracked, miscellaneous cabinet doors torn off, sub par work at best. Cost me thousands and thousands to put the condo back together and fix all of the mistakes, replace items they damaged and replace items stolen.

  Amazing company! Do not use anyone else. They truly want the customer to be 100% happy. The crew who initially installed my roof made some mistakes and company spent 2 days with another crew making it 100% right. I was floored by the customer service. Everyone employed with them was so professional. A family run business with roots in the community.

  Worst purchase experience ever! Mr. ********************** was communicative at first, but once my metal roof order was placed and deposit received, all intelligent life disappeared. Office staff were highly dysfunctional. Not one person had the professional courtesy to call me to walk me through the roof replacement process, notice of commencement, or permitting process. I had to call repeatedly to ask whats going on with my order, only to get a lack of follow through and false promises. Took more than the promised months to get roof measured, and the measurements were incorrect. Unannounced delivery of metal was done in the dark. Only the project manager of the work crew spoke English, and he left after day one. I had to resort to ****** to translate, which was super frustrating. ******, rushed work where they had to come out multiple times to make corrections and I still dont know if the job was truly finished. They left metal scraps and screws strewn everywhere that I had to pick up. Not once did Mr. ********************** check in with me to ask how the job was going. Im totally disgusted with this overzealous, greedy company that takes advantage of subcontracted out migrant labor.

  Working, traspassing without owners consent. Showed up to our house today waking us up at 7 am unannounced. The crew was starting work on a house that has a for sale sign outside without none of the owners knowledge. They never rang the bell. They were very loud and suprised to see any one there. They said "we are from ****" when asked who sent them. They gave us a phone number. We called and that person could not verify the name of any person sending their workers over. Infact he sounded confused when I asked who was going to pay them. We got no answers from the man on the phone and asked the workers to leave. It was obvious to us that there was no work order in and we were being targeted as some part of a scam. This company is in ********* and very far from ********** where our house is. We would never call them and no no one that would be paying for us to get free work on our house.
