      We have had time after time issues with this company. I just got a $18,000 bill from a insurance audit that they mailed me. Yet it states due to being non compliant with a audit. This company has never contacted me on the audit and now costed me tons of money. I caught them in two lies last year and thus fired them. This is another example of why their horrible business practices should be warned against.

      ****************** use to be insured in our office. The insurance company at the time that he was insured with us tried to reach out to him several times so that they could perform an Audit on his policy This correspondence started from the insurance company back on 4/29/2022 and continued till 7/7/2022. Once the insurance company completes their Audit, they forward the information to our Agency and that's when we attempt to collect the premium owed. On 10/27/2022 we reached out to the insured advising him about his Audit and he response back to us with a very nasty email. We received the log note information on how many attempts the company took in trying to reach out to them back on 10/28/2022 and never heard a response back from the client. on 11/8/2022 we reached out to him advising his Audit was past due and still to this day he has not reached out to us. The reason why he is no longer with our Agency is he feels that we lied to him in trying to get him his renewal and Loss Runs that. As an Agency we have to request certain documents through a Broker as the insurance company will not provide them from us directly there is a process. We do understand that the insured was able to get them himself there for there was no lies in trying to get them. We do have records showing the ongoing attempt from our broker not from our Agency. Unfortunately, due to covid and trying to fulfill our insureds needs it has slowed a lot of processing down. We did try and work with the insured, but he was not wanting to hear it from us. I have attached the log notes showing the attempts.

      The response they showed myself from the insurance company showed they had been emailing Brevard insurance who never notified myself and called a phone number that is not mine. The only notification I got was the bill that so happy passed along. This has got to be one of the worst companies Ive worked with. My new insurance company opened the audit back up as Brevard insurance was not interested in doing their job or even attempting. As for the last year I have found they have gone down hill and give you zero effort.
      I was able to retrieve my loss runs the same day when Brevard Insurance told me it had been weeks of trying.
      I cant say enough for future business to beware. They do not care and will spend YOUR MONEY!

      In response to the claimant, we received a couple of emails from the insurance company 1 was the notice advising that the insured had not complied with the Audit and there for we had forward this onto the claimant. The other email was correspondence from Brevard insurance to the Auditor asking on confirmation of how they tried to contact the insured and their response was that they emailed me the Log notes of the multiple attempts to contact him in which this was forward to the claimant as well. According to the Log notes the phone # that they tried to contact him is the phone # that we have on file as contact information so that the companies can reach out to do inspections and Audits. It also states on the log notes that they not only emailed the claimant but also mailed him a letter and he failed to respond. Agencies do not perform Audits they are done by the insurance companies. As far as his new insurance company I am not sure as to how they can open an Audit back up when they have not even been with them a year.
      It looks like the claimant is a very angry person and feels that he needs to bash Brevard Insurance because he does not want to comply with his Audit in which when he signs his insurance documents, he is very much aware that his policies are subject to Audit and that he needs to comply with the insurance companies himself. Instead of the claimant coming back at us with a not so nice email he didn't come back and state why he didn't comply instead failed to cooperate and try to resolve the issue, but instead he focused on anger issues. He is not concentrating on facts all he wants to do is trash talk.

      This is why we fired this organization. Unprofessional and lack of care. It shows when a company is this small and never grows. Poor customer service and employees like this. *************** has been amazing to work since we fired themand deserves praise. Keep up the insults as everyone will see your responses publicly and will see the scam this company is. Lies after Lies. Your fired!
