    My insurance company contacted Class M&M towing to pick up my truck on the side of 528. After waiting about two hours for the tow truck to arrive the man was acting very strange. He picked up my truck without strapping anything down, he then proceeded to back up towards traffic cutting another vehicle off then hopped a curb causing damage to my brand new wheels. I tried to contact the company about the damage but the man was very rude and said f*** out of here and hung up the phone. I then had my wife call him and he was very rude and aggressive. I also would like to add that I never signed a damage waver and was never asked to either.

    They never showed up to tow my jeep from ********** to ****** in *****************. They gave all sorts of excuses, such as they needed to stop for gas, they have figured it out, and theyll be right there, but they never showed up and then stopped answering the phone.

    Date of transaction: 5/1/23 M&M Towing towed my daughters vehicle on Fri. the 28th after a flash flood. Her car stalled out and he was sent by **** to tow it to his business in Cocoa. I have roadside hazard assistance I pay with my ins. He tried to strong arm us to total the car, knowing it was not totaled so he could collect $ from the ins. and buy the car from **** so he could then turn around and sell it. I had a friend come and blow the water out of the spark plugs and the car started right up, did not need to be totaled. He also destroyed the front bumper when he towed the car with his hook on his truck. He would not let me have the car unless I paid him 150.00, which he then said my ins. would not pay him for the tow because it was hurricane flooding. That is not true, my roadside pkg. pays for towing, it is not even hurricane season, and my ins. comp. said that is not true. He is getting paid by ins. and stole $$ from me. He should be held accountable for the damage to the front bumper as well as return my 150.00. No telling how many other victims he has done this to. I believe his name was Mario, and he was also stoned, I could smell it on him. It was 9:00 am. I have also complained about him to my **** ins. co. My # is ************ if you need further info.     iam writing on behalf of the complaint we called road side and they however did not cover the flood recovery only general towing services it was a bad storm the vehicle was sitting in a area of flooded roads and was unable to drive after customer went through water we explained to her that the vehicle was probably damaged after sitting in the water for so long we do have a video that shows the conditions of the roads after the car was picked up

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There is no flood recovery towing, only towing.  Why would he go out to get a car if it was a flood anyways if he knew the insurance company would not pay for it?   That is false anyways, because they did pay him for the tow, which was part of his contract with them.  He was very unprofessional by smelling like weed and he never said it was "probably" damaged from the water, he said it was "totaled"!  He emphatically insisted it was totaled, which it obviously was not.  He also damaged the car's front bumper, which will have to be replaced.  He acted like it was no big deal, just shrugged it off about damaging it.  Then he proceeded to tell me I could not take the car until I paid him 150.00.  Not sure where he came up with that number either.  I just don't want him taking advantage of anyone else like he tried to do to us.  I would like restitution for the damage to the car.  I doubt he will pay the 150.00 back either.  I will be spreading the word about him and his unethical ways.
