    They've got a location in ********* SC. My husband worked almost 2 weeks for them. ******** company poor communication slow to reimburse for fuel. He informed them Thursday it wasn't working out returned their truck and now they are refusing to pay him for the week saying he damaged their windshield( we've got proof it was already there) and haven't reimbursed him the 115 for diesel. They are not answering calls or texts so we contacted state department of labor and will be contacting federal

    0 Stars! Horrible experience. ***************** selected this company. Once assigned I called company to ensure they would be able to accommodate an additional passenger. They said yes. I wait 2 hours for tow. They finally arrive and they have another person in the vehicle. I called up the company and they said that I should call for an Uber. Mind you I am an hour or more away from home. While I was in phone trying to get sorted out tow driver tried to connect my car. Asked him to hold off until I get it worked out with his and the insurance company. Tow driver said he was leaving and opted to get back into his vehicle and left me stranded.

    This towing service came with the wrong type of truck, then never came back again. They kept taking the ticket through my insurance but never came to tow (3 tickets) 5 hours later. I am going through chemotherapy and needed to rest. That did not happen as I sat outside to wait for the tow truck. I left 2 voice messages and the did not return my call. Terrible service.

    Crooks I purchased a tow truck form the owner of this company In Florida after driving 7hours from South Carolina he said it was a 350 dually the title didn't say it said TK meaning tow truck..After purchasing and started my drive to South Carolina with my car attached to the truck The rear end broke apart and caught on fire almost wrecking into 4 cars with barley missed Thank God a pedestrian stopped and gave me a gallon of water where I was able to put the fire out after receiving burns on my arm. I then called class M&M towing who I just bought the truck from and told him what happened he said he will send a tow truck and tow it back and give me back my money. Well it didn't happen he left me on the side of the road with a burned arm and broken truck. Another company helped me. Turns out he lied about the truck he rigged a dully wheel on it and almost cost me my life they need investigated don't do business with this company I am a victim of this company I almost lost my life Shame on you!!! The truck was not a 350 after getting home 3 days later I was able to find out it was a250 because Florida title didn't say This company needs investigated Thank youASAP Towing for helping me!!I have all proof and pictures !!!

    My insurance (Roadside Assistance) contracted my truck tow to this company. Long story short, I could not meet the guy onsite to provide him the key because I was already at home (without transportation) and I didn't want to leave the key onsite... I didn't know they even needed it until he called... Especially because he had plenty of access to the front and back.. So the guy states: "The difference in the price of the tow without the key is $400.00 more"... He goes on to say: "Let me call your insurance company and I will call you right back"... Knowing he must have called from his cell phone, I decide to call after 30 minutes... No answer... Then sent 3 more texts over the next 3 hours; asking if he could provide me an update? Checked the next morning and my truck is in the same place... How about letting me know why he couldn't tow it? It's not like he "Couldn't", he just didn't... I'm pretty sure he did not like what the insurance company quoted him for compensation... Okay... Still call me back!! "I'm sorry, your insurance company will not pay me for this specific tow. Therefore I cannot tow your truck until we get the key".. Nope!! Leaves me in the dark and ghosts me via phone and texts.. Great customer service (eyes roll)
