******! ************ does not communicate well. Had a consultant come out. Reached out via email on 9/17 to schedule to go and see the windows, no response. Went to the office on 9/20 where there appeared to be a miscommunication as one of the windows we went to see was not there. Sent an email on 9/20 asking to reschedule - again no response. Sent an email today on 9/30 and the salesman told me I was being impatient. I truly do not believe that waiting 10 days for an email to be returned is impatient. I am not sure had I NOT reached out after 10 days if we would have ever received a response. Very strange customer service in attempting to close a deal.And have been waiting 13 days just to see a sample window which we still have not seen. So if you are an impatient customer avoid this company.Receptionist also clearly needs customer service training as well. We also asked for the office manager to call us and she never did.Totally unprofessional!

5 starsRespectful of property, Came in and finished the job, cleaned windows framed caulked than cleaned up everything. The team knew what they were doing and did it very well. I was impressed! I would definitely refer to family and friends.
