Horror sloppy job. Ruined my Hardie boards next to cheap untreated pine trim which saves Neighbor hood Windows and Doors money but will cost me a small fortune to fix when untreated pine trim begins to deteriorate and causes extensive water damage. Not to mention damage done to hardie boards and gap above window that will eventually cause extensive water damage. I called Neighborhood Windows and Doors and their advice was appropriate for their company a cheap, quick fix : paint the damaged hardie boards. I do not want them near that window and I am sorry that I became involved with them as BBB gave them an APlus rating and my decision was based on BBB's rating. Anna ********

Hello Anna, we want to apologize for any stress or frustration this process has caused. According to out notes the last time we had spoken you said that you were going to get a second opinion regarding the hardie board and you would reach out to us with an update. Since then we have tried reaching out to you on multiple occasions. One of your responses was that you haven't received a second opinion yet but you would call us as soon as you do. We even offered to conduct a walk through with you as well which you did not allow. Please understand that we want to complete this project as much as you do and only wish to do the best job possible! We are grateful for you and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make it right.
