This mortgage company is an absolute disaster. The customer service **** try to tell you that you cant shout or cussI am the customer and you all have royally messed up multiple times and have awful attitudes. So Im wasting my precious time having to constantly correct your s**** **** I wish this company would sell my mortgage because this is pitiful customer service. They changed operating systems and didnt update our account therefore have tried to charge us stating we didnt have home insurances but yet they paid the insurance out of our escrow account. This company is an absolute disaster and possibly a scam. The moment I come across a couple thousand to refinance I absolutely will to get away from these pitiful people. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST unless you want to have a constant headache and explain there s**** *** ******** times to them.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

I would never even give 1 freaking star but I had no other option. THEY ARE THE WORSE MORTGAGE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately my old **************** decided to be stupid and changed to Lakeview ************** I was on the phone with an agent and was advised that when I missed a payment that a lot of people from certain background do that. Just found out my loan was transferred to Lakeview loans DBA Mr. ****** I have no idea who these people are. I have tried to call numerous times to physically speak to an agent about this transfer only to be put through prompt and not transferred to anybody then ultimately hung up on. I have no idea whats going on. This is the third company in a year that my mortgage has been transferred to and by far has the worst phone interaction and chat service. I cant get any information and I am beyond disgusted already if this is any indication for the future, I am sure this is not going to go well. Every time you call the 833 number youre put through a round ***** of prompts and then ultimately hung up on super frustrating. After trying for over an hour to talk to somebody only to be led back to the chat given the same number and still no live agent on the phone, I did not consent to my mortgage being transferred to this company and I am beyond disgusted.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

You guys call me 5x a week Monday thru Sunday non stop. I've been very polite to tell you guys each time to take my number off your calling list but you hang up the phone immediately. My loan was sold to Mr ******* I wanted to say that I'm very disapointed with their service. After calling 3 times and going thru their terrible automated system I couldn't talk to a live person. I was trying to make a payment to my principle balance but I couldn't. Having to deal with this company have been a miserable nightmare. I truly believe I have lost years off my life because of lakeview loan servicing. I've had to refinance my home due to a divorce and have explained to them how I wanted it done quickly and was told it could be done in a month. I am now 6 months well past that court date to have it done and been though probably 6 agents and it's still not done. Whenever I'd run into a bump or be denied for the loan, instead of reaching out to me and explaining the hang up, they would just ignore all calls and emails and would have to reach out to ANOTHER agent and ask them what happened and to only have to restart the process yet again only to have what I just explained happen again. Avoid lakeview loan servicing at all cost and go literally anywhere else because god forbid any hindrance happen during the process you will never know until you get a hold of someone else.Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC

They will send people out to take pictures of your house. It is your 45 days late every month doesnt matter if its always the same doesnt matter if you live there, theyll charge you $150 for the picture they pay the guy eight dollars then they charge you. I think it is 75 for (Lawyer) fees so 225 a month on top of you trying to catch up that doesnt go towards your payment then they send people to people to record you without your permission on their cell phone. I have spoke to 5 different representatives over the last month, two of which are supposed to either supervisor or escalation members, about a shortage on my escrow account. The shortage was paid in full the day after it posted, still having to pay the shortage for the next 2 months for some reason. Have been quoted differently multiple times of what my payment will be in June after the next 2 payments. Every person I talk to acts as if either I don't know what I am speaking about or that it's not a big deal. Terrible terrible, movement mortgage sold my loan to these losers. i am often 2 days late, no big. the last check was lost in the mail, & i can qwuickly see they want a payment over the phone. NOT DOiNG it.i sent a check priority, before the end of the month!
