      As you can see from Mastecs BBB rating and complaints they dont care about anyone they just care about making money. On May 16th MasTec was working on ******* lines next to my house. After they got here I noticed my internet was out (I have ***** and my husband asked them if they were working on the **** lines because our internet was out. They said no they hadnt touched anything and left shortly after. Turns out they ripped the line out of my house and I was without internet for 4 hours and couldnt work as I work from home. The **** tech confirmed it was their fault and that they dont work for **** they work for *******. Then on May 22nd another crew was working outside my house on the ******* lines. I took my 3 year old to play outside while I was working and I had to bring my child inside due to the way the crew was talking. They were standing around having a break right next to my fence saying the most vulgar, inappropriate things and had no respect for people living in this neighborhood. You shouldnt be next to someones property where they clearly have kids talking about what you and your girlfriend did in the bedroom last night. After they left for the day, I found a bunch of garbage outside of my house. I attempted to contact MasTec by phone and email to make them aware of these issues and I never received a response. The community I live in has gone through enough with our town being destroyed due to a fire and we are tired of out of town companies coming into our community and disrespecting it. MasTec doesnt care about the communities they are disrupting and are just here to make money. This company should be ashamed of how they conduct themselves in our community and as you can see in the other complaints, they do this all over the country. You cant even find information for any location other than their headquarters and they dont respond when you reach out to them.

      While others had complaints, we were fortunate that the DirecTV technician in our area spent almost 4 hours troubleshooting the *** outage (problem 782). He kept at it until he found and replaced a broken splitter. Very pleased with his (******) service.
