    AAA did my roof and put holes in my pool,i bought a liner and hired a guy to install,AAA said they were note responsible for repairs the liner is not even 5 years old,he also had me write a check to him not the company,sounds a little shady to me thank you ****

    Description of complaint:AAA Roofing roofed my home and installed two skylights in 2004. They charged me a permit fee and a hefty fee of about 11K. They have no record of the permit and say even if they did, it is not their problem. I was hung up on by ********* and told nothing could be done by ******. The ********************************* has no record of AAA Roofing pulling a permit in 2004 to roof my residence at ********************************************************************. I conclude that AAA charged me for the roofing job and pulled a fake permit and charged me for that too. While AAA Roofing does nothing toi help, I will locate the receipt and check with my insurance company about the roofing job that they did and were unethical about pulling permits.

    At the time of installation of the roof, the contactor (AAA roofing in *************) failed to properly seal or flash several valleys on the front door dormer. This has resulted in water damage to building. When contacted the current owner of the company ************************* informed us he would replace the entire roof through our insurance company for only the cost of our deductible and that the damage would be covered under his company's warranty. Our insurance company denied his claim, he has made no attempt to fix the damaged and defective roof as promised by him and the warranty. He has in fact deliberately failed to respond to over 8 attempts to contact tact him on this matter over the last month.

    Have spoken with aaa roofing and we have solved all issues and all has been resolved. Thanks for helping us resolve this problem.

    The owner of AAA Roofing called me and asked me to drop the complaint. I do not want to drop this complaint. I actually want to add additional information. I did not mention the unprofessional way they treat the customer. They do not care for the custmers concerns or satisfaction. After talking to the owner I feel this information needs to be addressed. I have pictures and many notes. Is it possible to send an addendum to my complaint?  Thank you *********************.

    AAA Roofing contracted to replace my roof April 22, 2022. They sold me on having my insurance pay for the new roof because of hail and wind damage.

    They promised to replace all flashing on the roof during replacement. They didn't. I have leaks still. Prior to the roof replacement, I had one leak. Now I have three!

    They are still due final payment from the insurance company, but they won't supply final a final billing statement to submit.

    Owner of the company (Isaac) was onsite approx 8weeks ago and promised to correct all problems. He hasn't. I have sent emails and called , but he ignores them. I have not heard back since he was here to "look" at the problem.

    I am frustrated!

    As per the contract. It states that flashings would be replaced as needed. The flashing on the dormers was in good shape; and there's a high chance that detaching and resetting the siding would cause damage to it. AAA had decided to re-use the flashing to prevent any issues. After replacement of the roof we became aware that Mr. ******** wanted the flashing replaced on the dormers. He had told us that he would take care of re-installing the siding once the flashing was replaced. We were waiting on a confirmation detail from Mr. ******** that he would handle this matter once the flashing was installed. We have just received that email from Mr. ******** and have a schedule date for the technician to replace the dormer flashing. Also at the same time; we will be addressing the water coming behind the gutter.

    In January 2021 AAA Roofing was contracted to put a new roof on my home, including skylights. The roof was replaced as well as the skylights. I did not notice AAA did not put a flashing finish on the skylights and assumed it was finished properly. Since then a bird (I believe) has decided to put a hole in the raw Styrofoam and take up residence within the surface of the Styrofoam. I asked AAA to come out and make a repair and restore; I was basically told it was not their problem and they did not plan to fix it. The exterior flashing should have been part of the finish on the flashing under the skylight. I would like his resolved, repaired and restored with flashing as it should have been done originally.

    I had a roof put on, and I had my own plywood that was taken and used on my roof. It never should have been taken, or if they needed more wood to ask to use it, or better yet get their own plywood. Since the wood was mine, AAA roofing is trying to charge me for labor for taking wood that was never theirs. I consider this theft. I want the labor charges removed, otherwise I will have to file a civil suit for for the plywood, attorney fees, and higher interest rate for refinance, due to taking too long to resolve. The proposal mentions nothing of wood labor changes. I have attached proposal.
