    AAA roofing just put a new roof on they did a nice job,but they did not protect my above ground pool 12x24 oval,they put a hole in the liner,i had to buy a new liner and pay to install,it coct 1120 they would accept that they did the damage,i also paid the owner not the company it sounds a little shady if you ask me ,they said i could save 100 dollars if i write the check to him not the company,i just wanted them to pay for my liner,thank you ****

    Do not pay in advance. Does not honor the contract, takes your money, and doesn't complete your job. Do not recommend. Workers damage your property and AAA does not take care of the damage.

    Wanted estimate for replacing roof and repair damages. Had already been up on the roof myself to see what it looked like and there was no damage. Representative from AAA Roofing pushed for the name of insurance company before looking at roof. After inspection he said there was wind damage to the shingles and the insurance company would probably pay for the replacement. Really pushy about checking house Insurance policy for wind damage coverage. He added that when we had a date for the inspection, they would come out and enhance the damage and "stage the crime scene". Wouldn't trust these people to put a roof on a bird house.

    *** had another roofing company work on the roof we had installed and the other company damaged the existing roof voiding all warranty's with us.

    That Is False. No other company worked on AAA side. We did have a Different company do Roof on a Totally Separate Bldg. Besides Several Mths ago a Rep from AAA went up on roof with me and he saw problem. However somehow His report got lost and therefore They do not want to Honor Contract How Convient.

    I was thinking of going solar and knew I would need a new roof. Mine was 18 years old. I called AAA Roofing. Isaac came on 6/13/22 and identified Hail damage from a storm on 6/6/22. AAA filed a claim on my behalf with my insurance company. Isaac handled all the details. Mike ******
    did the estimate. My insurance company approved the claim on 7/12/22 and provided a partial payment. On Aug. 17th, 2022 I paid the deductible to AAA Roofing. In September my homeowners association approved the project. On Oct. 24th, 2022 the county approved the project. The reroof is scheduled to begin Nov. 8th, 2022. I have no complaints but the project has not yet begun.
