      I bought a mahindra tractor online from Crystal tractor in ***************************************** came with paint chips and a torn seat,after two months of constant complaing where are the warranty items ******* arrived with the wrong seat after daily emails to Crystal tractor .they have stoped replying at first the owner was going to look into it,but nothing has happened,this company is the worst yet they never follow throu with anything they say you have to asking and asking.I cant send the seat back I dident order it they did I keep asking what should I do with the wrong seat they just ignore me,I did contact mahindra but no reply

      i have attempted to reach out to ******* ***** but have made contact, I have spoken with our ****** Store Manager ****** ***** and he has informed me that all issues with ******* ******* tractor has been resolved. I would like the opportunity to apologize personally to Mr ***** for the inconvenience and length of time it took to resolve these issues.

      I am rejecting this response because: I still have the wrong seat .they sent me the wrong seat I have told them many times they just ignore it,how many times do I need to say Crystal sent the wrong seat ,they have not solved anything .their idea of contact is to pass the problem around and ask me again and again what the problem is Im tired of telling them I have the wrong seat for the tractor

      I have been receiving unwanted advertisement junk mail via US Postal Service. I have called 6 times over the past 6 months to have this stopped and I continue to get unwanted mail. I DO NOT NEED OR WANT A TRACTOR!!! I am a member of the Direct Marketing Association and my mailing address is registered as "RECEIVE NO MAIL". Crystal Tractor has not been abiding by this which is illegal.

      We have spoke to our Marketing company about this and they informed me that ****** and our Marketing company have spoke about this problem. Mike at our Marketing company states they have resolved this problem working together and ****** will not receive any marketing mail from Crystal Tractor and Equipment.
