      Can you believe this company has ran my credit with out any authorization!!! Over a month and a half ago I agreed to be a cosigner for a residential mower. Did I say COSiGNER ? Well this pos company put me as primary, (probably not the company but the sales *** ***** well it was ran nothing we can do. Spoke with the bank I did not like what was offered.. (We went ahead and bought our tractor at rural king.) ********* ended there like any other company, any store you apply for.Well IT DIDNT, 1 month and a half later. These people had the nerve to rerun my credit without my authorization adding another hard inquiry to my credit profile making it 4 in total!!! Oh wait and for a commercial tractor, what would I ever need a commercial tractor for ? I know this must be illegal in so many ways!I'm extremely upset with this. The sales *** should not keep any personal information.!

      Bought a new Branson tractor in 2023. One year later went to get parts for it. They said they dont sell them no more dont carry parts. What wouldve happened if I had a bought the extended warranty. Also told me on their Mahindra that they do still sell. It takes 4 to 6 months to get parts. They dont tell that to you when you buy one.

      I had a great experience with Crystal Tractor of ******, **. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their inventory cannot be beat. After my purchase, I have recommended them to multiple friends.

      PSA Crystal Tractor in general is a joke for service after the sale. I bought a Kubota U48-5 from them even though they aren’t an authorized Kubota dealership Kubota Tractor Corporation and I absolutely love the machine! That’s where the love stops. Everything they sold me for the machine is either wrong, or a one size fits all POS . I have text messages going back from 3 days after I signed paperwork asking where all of my implements were, only to get redirected or just plain old runaround. Took 7 weeks to get a bucket that will “be here by Thursday, we have tracking “ finally found out where it was ordered from just to find out it had NEVER been ordered. 6 days after that my bucket arrived. I bought a brush cutter ( was suppose to be a diamond 48”) ended up being a brushfox 42” , actually a better fit for my machine. Problem was the adapter plate was wrong, I lost 3 jobs over the course of a month because of no communication. I ended up modifying the plate to do a job until the right plate arrived, now the manufacturer want 875.00 for a plate that us useless. they offered me me a root rake they had from a previous customer order at a “deal”, I agreed sight unseen, when I picked it up the adapter plate (do you see the pattern? Nothing actually is made for my machine) is on backwards. I spend an hour of my time swapping the plate around to find out the thimb wont close all the way rendering it, you guessed it, useless. This has been talked about for well over 2 months between the salesman and the sales manager at the Homosassa location only to keep getting swept under the rug until I decide to call them again and complain then get told “let me look into this “and never speak again until I initiate the call. The trailer they sold me is an issue as well but that’s another post lol. Buyer beware if you plan on dealing with them
