  Whole experience was outstanding. From the initial call, to the quote, to the at home windshield replacement. Technician was very prompt, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend and use again in the future if needed.

  It took 30 mins from calling to scheduling. Justin at Orange blossom has excellent customer service skills The replacement for next day. Technician Joseph ***** and his partner were on time. They were professionally skilled and did an outstanding job installing the windshield.
  This is my first ever claim so keeping my fingers crossed on the impact to my insurance for this replacement for no fault at my end :)

  They were very timely. Communication was excellent. And the job was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely contact this business again if needed. BiBi was wonderful and coordinated effectively to help me from out of state to meet the needs of my college child.

  I used Orange Blossom as a referral from a friend. The company came out in a timely manner. A day after the installation I noticed the rubber molding was ripped in places. It was clear they used the same molding and caused damage when using a tool to remove the glass. The car is only 2 years old, so I called them back out. They asked for pictures and re-scheduled to repair the molding. The repair was conducted by the same third-party vendor who replaced the glass. He used a utility knife and just removed all the rubber that was showing. The mold was not replaced. The problem is that it is not that way on the driver side of the car. The driver side has roughly an 1/8 inch of molding from top to bottom, where the passenger side now has nothing. I let it go and decided not to have them back out as long as it does not leak. Flash forward 2 months later, we receive a phone call from our insurance company that the claim has been re-opened and we are being sued for and additional $1200. This is after Orange Blossom has been paid $1300 from our insurance, and after the claim was closed. I called Orange Blossom several days to ask why. Eventually I received a call back saying that $2500 is the cost for the windshield replacement on a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I called two other large companies for estimates, and both were between $900-1200 to fully replace and recalibrate the windshield. Unfortunately, this is the type of situation that causes everyone's insurance rates to go up. I will not use this company again.

  What can I say more than outstanding from the first phone call to the installation! Maribell at Orange blossom has superb customer service skills and Handel if the three-way call with my insurance company fantastic. Joseph and his helper I can't remember his name, did an outstanding job installing our windshield in the driveway! I highly recommend this company! Save your time and frustration and call them instead of Safelite. Safelite in Leesburg Fl. broke the new windshield and has no idea how to schedule or treat customers! They lost our contact information and if I didn't call the morning of our appointment which by the way we had to take our car to them, it would've been another wasted trip because they did not put us down in their books. They should be put out of business!
