5 starsExcellent work! Highly recommended. The ducts of my dryer were so clogged that the dryer was not working. Im spite of my husband cleaning the ducts, the dryer was still not working. **** from DuctMasters effectively cleaned all the ducts. It was unbelievable the amount of lint he removed. 5 starsI was happy to have someone actually come out and enter the attic to evaluate my duct work before giving me feedback rather than doing so sight unseen. The gentleman (Junior, I believe) was prompt and thorough in his inspection, showing me photos of areas of concern and offering various options to address the problems uncovered. On the day that they were scheduled to come out to do the work, the two technicians (**** and ******, I believe), were actually able to come even earlier than originally planned and got right to work. They were efficient and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and I was amazed at how much more air I felt coming out of my air ducts immediately after they were finished.Review fromJoan G

5 starsVery professional company from first phone call to follow up after completion. Communication through out was excellent, no surprises, and on schedule. They replaced the entire supply and return duct system. The sales tech Junior explained the entire job and schedule in detail and the work was carried out exactly as he described. The job ********************* is was on top of the job from start to finish, easy to work with and a problem solver. All employees were courteous and respectful. The company made an appointment to replace my duct work, arrived at the schedule time and completed on time as agreed. The technicians took care in covering everything and cleaned up properly each day. Overall it was a successful installation.

I was very pleased with the service that they provided in fixing my A/C. They were able to locate a part that was on back order and not available. The technician Yanser was very professional and explained everything to me in full detail. I could see he was genuinely concerned when he found out the part wasnt available but then he was very happy for me when he got word that a part was located. DuctMasters quickly scheduled Yanser to come back once the part arrived and was able to get my A/C back up and running.DuctMasters USA, Inc.

You hire an external company to install insulation, why don't you charge a little more and also hire a company to 'fix the ceiling breaks and install the vents' after your duct work? To me your work looks incomplete. Now I need to schedule additional work and spend additional money to fix it.DuctMasters USA, Inc.

Hi *****,As our tech discussed with you, we do not include drywall work when replacing the ductwork. This was also stated on your agreement three times in bold print due to the tightness of your attic and the condensation caused by your old sweating ductwork.Since this is a specialty we do not offer in-house, we feel it best to save you the time and money to have us manage a drywall company. We attempted to clarify this with you after this review was posted and offer to make an exception by taking responsibility for a drywall company we often refer at an additional cost. While you initially agreed to this, you decided to move forward with your own drywall company. We wish you the best and we will try to make this more clear with future clients.
