  I recently hired DuctMasters to clean the A/C ducts in my house and service my outdoor unit.******* and ****** arrived right on time. The quality of their work was excellent, and they took the time to show me photos of the clean A/C unit, vents and newly installed duct board. It was clear they took pride in their work and paid attention to detail. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they also left everything spotless when they finished. Its rare to find a company that combines top-quality workmanship with such politeness and professionalism.I originally found DuctMasters through the Better Business Bureau, where they have an A+ rating, and I can see why! Their service exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, They were exceptional. I highly recommend the company.

  DuctMasters staff were punctual and professional. The initial evaluation of my duct work was very informative and thorough. My issues were fixed and now my house is much more efficient and feels cooler. The crew that worked on my house kept me informed throughout the entire project.   Great Service! Professional and courteous staff. Every step of the way was easy: ***** was easy to communicate with when needed. I was given choices for the work that needed to be done and the work was done quickly and efficiently. **** and ******* not only kept me informed of the progress but provided me with pictures of before and after the job, which I found very helpful.Thank you for a great job!

  I didn't bother with getting quotes and the price I paid is what I actually felt the job entailed. There were there young guys that showed up on the first days work this past Tuesday. I have to admit I was very anxious about having all my ducts replaced at once but the deterioration of the existing ducts was the deciding factor in conveniencing me that it would be more practicable to do it all at once. But when I saw the youth of the workers I was more concerned. BUT I didn't need too be because ****** (lead tech), ***** (duct tech) and ***** (duct tech) were very polite, answered my crazy questions with patience and went about their work and finished the job much earlier that I was told it would take. I would easily recommend these three young men who finished the job. There was actually another young man who came on the first day whose name I did not get who was cut from the same cloth as the other three. The office staff were easy to work with, answered the calls with a friendly tone, answered all questions and very professional. Hopefully I won't need more duct work for a long time but if I should I would use Duct Masters and will recommend the company to all my neighbors because if I needed duct work, they will at some point need duct work.

  Ductmasters was fantastic! I got multiple quotes and Ductmasters was the middle quote in terms of pricing. They were the most professional company I spoke with and demonstrated confidence and competence. ****** came for the first visit and sold the project to us. ***** in customer support was also great and so kind and pleasant. ********* and ****** did the work and it looks clean and works great! I recommend this company!

  ******, ******, *****, and ******* did a phenomenal job with my AC unit, mold clean-up, and air duct maintenance. These young men were very polite, respectful, professional, and persistent with fulfilling their task orders at my residence. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of residential maintenance. They arrived on time during morning hours, and they kept me informed on the evolution of their work progress. I was briefed during morning hours and before they departed at the in the afternoons. Additionally, there were no issues or concerns noted on my part.
