    I ordered $150 of product and they have never shipped. They never got back to me and they never answer the phone. This is a total scam.

    If i could give -5 stars i would. I ordered a $615 controller from them on 3/30. It said in stock. I had been trying to find the item in stock forever. They took the money out of my account, and After 2 weeks i emailed them to find out what was going on and when i could expect it. They didnt answer. I called. No answer. Emailed again and found their insta. Messaged them there and they finally replied there telling me the item was on back order but they expected it by the end of the week. Offered to cancel but since it was only 2 days and i couldnt find the item in stock elsewhere, i told them i would just wait. After another 2 weeks i hadnt heard anything. I emailed them to refund me, no reply. Messaged them on insta again. And they said they would cancel the order and issue my $615 refund in 1-2 days. Its now may 27, 2 months later, and they they wont reply to any communications, and Im out $615. My credit card company cannot get ahold of them either.after disputing the charge. These people are awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Ive read dozens of reviews saying the EXACT same thing w the EXACT same timelines of their communications back.

    I made two orders and paid for them on January 30th. Never heard anything for two weeks so I wrote them on February 16th asking where my orders were. On February 19th they contacted me saying they needed more money before they could ship one of the orders since I live in ******. I told them to just cancel that order as I wasn't going to send another $59. Never heard back. Wrote them a few more times inquiring about my orders, nothing. Finally I told them just cancel both orders, Nothing. It is now the 26th of February and no email from them and no refund to my credit card. Don't waste your time, there are plenty of reputable companies out there that care about their customers. Would leave a negative review if I could.

    Placed an order waited 2 weeks to contact them no answer worse company ever they finally cancelled my order but did not refund my card I'm disputing it. Beware of this disreputable company. 1 star because wouldn't except 0

    Placed an order, never received product. Couldnt get in contact with seller to get money back, filed a dispute with my bank, they are not able to reach merchant either. This is a scam company. Do not buy!

    I've ordered from this company at least 3 times and I have had a great experience with them. My orders have been for 10+ LED lights and they've been delivered on time. They communicated with me, and the delivery was scheduled which made everything easier for me.
