On February 25, 2025. I purchased two products from ************************** ORDER# **** a gallon of 209 ($93.62) and 4 cubic feet bag of Mother Earth Perlite ($44.80) I was charged $54.95 for shipping. Bloomponic has never sent the Perlite and I have contacted them three times. The first two times they responded they would ship the missing perlite within a week. It is Now May 6th and they have never sent the missing product nor a refund for the product and the shipping. Bloomponic is not responding and their records on my account show the missing perlite has still not shipped. So they clearly have proof they have not sent the product.I am sending them the notice I am contacting the BBB, in hopes they will stop being criminals and either send the rest of my order or refund the amount of the missing product and shipping.Initial Complaint

I had ordered two reverse osmosis filters from this place and they sent me completely wrong items than I ordered. I notified them many times finally received a response with a tracking label to send the items back. On July 24 I ordered 2 bottles of nutrients from bloomponics. Order #****. With shipping the total was $76.14. I received a confirmation of the order & the money was taken from my account. The order never arrived. I have e-mailed several times, texted, tried to call several times & always got a recording. On July 9th on purchased the following: Invoice #**** for a Leader Ecosub 420 Submersible Pump 1/2 HP 3960 GPH for $167.00 plus shipping of $25.00 (total cost $192.00). As of July 18th I did not receive any information regarding shipping of this product. So I sent then an email inquiring about it. I was told that the product was back in stock and will be shipped shortly. I then requested that they cancel my order and refund my credit card which was charged on July 9th. It took a few requests to get a response. I received an email from them on July 26th with the following statement: "Order #**** was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded". I have written four more times requesting the status of issuing a credit to my card and have not received a response. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. On June 29th, 2024, I bought a pump from the Bloomponic website. I received confirmation email that my order had gone through and that was it. A few weeks later I emailed the company asking for an update and never heard back. I have since emailed them a few more times, let voicemails and texted them. I have never received a reply. On 3/30/2024, I ordered an item from the store that cost $615. They were advertising on their website it would ship in one to two days and I had been looking for this item in stock for a while. I paid the full cost of it. After two weeks, I had been charged for the item, but I had not received correspondence from the store. I reached out to the support email and also ended up having to go to their Instagram account to contact someone as no one replied to any of my messages. I gave them my order number inquired about a potential time they might be shipping it. I was informed that it was on backorder, but they were expecting it in a couple of days so they said we could cancel the order and refund it, but we are expecting it in a couple of days. Agreed that they would send it out in a couple of days and I would keep it. And if it didnt come in by then I would cancel the order. So at this point, I had been waiting now till April 22. And I contacted them again via email and did not get a response. Went back to Instagram again and told them that, I still have not received my item. That day I canceled the order and asked for a refund. They are insisting the refund They have not refunded my money They will not respond to any of my messages at this point and Ive even tried calling. I just want my money back. I have been extremely patient and now its been two months and I still dont have a refund after canceling the order over a month ago. When I go to their website to check the order status, it says that I paid for it and that it is unfulfilled. We did submit our reponse the same day we received the email from BBB. Below is our reply and also attached my email to you all. I don't why you didn't get my response through here.
We appreciate the opportunity to address the review submitted by a consumer for our business, Bloomponic Hydroponics and Organics LLC.
The individual in question placed an order with a credit card that our merchant account flagged as potentially fraudulent. Upon discovering this, we promptly informed the customer that the order would be canceled and the amount refunded to the card on file.
Since then, we have been subjected to almost daily harassment and slander from this person via email and social media. Despite our advice for them to contact their bank to file a claim, they have claimed that their bank cannot reach us. This claim is untrue, as our system automatically accepts chargebacks initiated by card companies without requiring additional communication from us.
Furthermore, if the card was flagged for potential fraud, this is an issue the customer must address directly with their bank. Based on the nature of the ongoing harassment and slander, we suspect this may be an attempt by a fake customer, possibly related to competitors known to slander smaller businesses.
We have taken all necessary steps on our end to resolve this matter, including canceling the order and processing the refund. We now request that the harassment and slander cease immediately.

They claim that they ermailed me right away to let me know they had to cancel my order due to potential fraudulent activity on my card. This is a total lie. I never heard or read one thing about that. They never emailed me so I had to insta message them. I blasted them one day so other people don't get ripped off. You guys have done this to dozens of people. When I did not receive my order after a couple weeks, I emailed Bloomponics and they did not respond for days. So I hit them up on insta, and they told me that the item was on backorder, but they expected it by the end of the week. They offered to cancel, but i told them if it's only a couple of days I would just wait. However, when a couple more weeks passed and I still hadn't received what I paid for, I reached out again, requesting a refund and order cancellation. They cancelled the order. In no way shape or form did anyone tell me my card was flagged as fraudulent. I was charged the money with no problem and it's still not in my account. Stop lying you guys please just refund me. This is wrong. I've attached =the emails and highlighted the backorder excuse, and as you can see (this is the only correspondence I had with them other than what I've shown you) theres nothing mentioned once about credit card flagging for fraud. My bank did not alert me, and the order went through fine. You guys get your ******************'t ship, lie that you couldnt bc my card was not flagged for suspicious activity. You guys have done this to other people. I want proof of my money being refunded, as I've shown proof of payment AND proof you haven't refunded me. All you've done is liel.Business Response

I placed an order online 4/12/24, I went through the check out process that included me giving my mailing address for the product. I paid the shipping that the website listed based on my zip code. On 4/16/2024 I received an email stating I needed to pay $125 more money to ship it to ******. I requested they cancel the order and refund my money. They were aware of my location when I checked out. On 4./19/24 they canceled my order but have not refunded my money. I reached out and they said it would be 7-9 days. It has been two weeks now and I have not gotten my refund. They do not answer my emails, or respond to their customer service chat or answer their phone. I paid $312.66 and want to get my refund.
