  WORST COMPANY EVER!! I have done 9 moves, and this has been the worst experience ever! I told them exactly how much we had. They didn't listen to me and did inventory. They were 1600 cubic feet wrong, so then they charged me an extra $10k after they already packed half of my stuff and left with it the previous day. They didn't know who was even coming to pick up my stuff. It was super disorganized, and when I spoke to the lady on the phone, she didn't even care. They also didn't care that my husband was in the military, no discounts, nothing. Most of our stuff was broken when we got to our final destination, and now I couldn't put in a claim. The company they sold my stuff to disappeared into thin air. They told me I had 90 days to make a claim, and now I am just out all of the money. They gave no discount for it being their fault, and they tried to get me to sign paperwork after the fact, saying I would pay even more. They kept blaming me for not knowing how much stuff I had. I told them ************************************************************************ I told them, and they said, "yeah that looks right." The guys who delivered were scary mafia people who threatened me and my family if I didn't take delivery when they wanted to deliver it even though I wasn't going to be home. I had to call in my family to help with delivery; otherwise, they said they would break more of my stuff and be unable to deliver it for another 2-3 months! Plus, they were going to make me pay for storage even though I was told I had 30 days of storage. They hired local help and they did nothing to deliver the items just stood there waiting for their check. The bottom line is to RUN from working with this company! They showed me reviews before it got bad to try and sell me. It was all a SCAM!!

  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.They are a total fraud. They initially quoted an amount and charged me 1000$ for booking. 5 days prior to move called again and I had some more items, they increased the initial quote to double. I was fine with it.But on the day of the move they outsourced the contract to ***************(Russian mafia company from New Jersy, they were threatening and intimidating). These Russian guys said they have to charge 3000$ extra because our furniture seemed to no fit the truck, when I asked them How did you calculate, guy replied I know, I do this every day. Then our luggage was gone. They took 10 hours to wrap and pack.After they picked up both these companies were unreachable for days replying on email and phone some times, not giving any updates.I thought they stole my furniture.Then finally they call after 7 days to receive our furniture.Again disgusting people came. Said that there were 15 stairs and contract said we only carry 12 stairs, you have to pay 300$ more.These people are scoundrels and will Threaten you again and again. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

  Do not use this company. Received a call stating we have a truck who just delivered to a Military family in your area, therefore we can give you a discounted price! Sounds too good to be true, right? Well it was! However, we had given them a $500 deposit before I found all of the nightmare stories on the BBB site. I called back 50 minutes later saying something had come up and we needed to cancel. Was asked to call back next morning. I did, again and again. Getting the run around. I decided to stop the payment with my credit card company. Then...they called me back saying that they were going to offer me a refund minus 10% for administrative fees, but since I stopped the payment, they were not going give me the refund now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  Avoid this company! Absolutely turned our moving experience into a nightmare and cost my family thousands in unexpected moving costs. We hired Express Moving to move our family from **************** to *********. Initial contact was end of April for a move date in June. We received a call the Friday before the move to go over last minute details and was advised the invoice would be emailed. Received invoice found out at that time another company was doing the moving. Called that company to confirm pickup time and date. Did not show up 1st allotted time called scheduled another time, did not show up again. Called scheduled an 11pm pickup, never showed up. We had to drive 2 hours spend over $5,000 to rent a U-Haul the next morning. Reached out for a refund for our deposit. Was offered $313 of the $1100, for a job that was never done oh and that very small refund was only offered if we did not post anything negative about the company. Absolutely not! The amount of stress and money this company cost my family is unreal.

  Amazing service! This company was able to fit me in even though I called only one day before. The communication was fast, and the quote that they gave was accurate. Top notch, I highly recommend them!!

  The team at express moving and storage were super friendly and beyond helpful. They took the time to handle my moving stresses, they work efficiently and swiftly. And extremely reliable. Id definitely recommend this company if your planning a move.

  Overcharged me by a lot, have lots of proof of this. Supervisor brushed me off. They will not help. I would never suggest this company. If you get ************************** or ****** beware

  *****, I respond to your complaint with further details and the estimates to prove them we weren't given the correct dimensions of the storage unit. All of our quotes are based on the information that the customer provides and unfortunately, the information you provided was inaccurate. The customer also holds the responsibility of giving an accurate inventory so that the price doesn't go up. ****** reached out 3 days before confirming the dimensions given to us and they still were wrong on the pickup date. We took extra steps to ensure your inventory was correct, however we were not given the correct information.
